Dr. Drew Pinsky had some dire predictions about Lindsay Lohan last week, but she’s not taking it lying down. (You can insert your own joke about what else LiLo takes lying down here.)

To Dr. Drew’s suggestion that Lindsay will “get a nearly mortal wound” and possibly “lose a limb,” Lilo Tweeted:

“I thought REAL doctors talked to patients in offices behind closed doors. Am I wrong? Hmmmmm. I think NOT. Yay!”

Even though she sounds like an idiot, I have to agree with her point.  Should he really be talking clinically about someone he doesn’t treat?
