Kim Kardashian’s Abs On The Cover Of Hers Muscle & Fitness

Kim Kardashian Hers Magazine Cover

Kim Kardashian is gracing the cover of Hers Muscle & Fitness for the July/August 2009 issue. Doesn’t anyone think it’s strange that just mere weeks ago she was on the cover of another magazine saying she did have cellulite?

Now, I know how magazines work. They actually are working on their issues sometimes three months ahead of time. So this picture would have been taken before the issue of Life & Style. And really there is now way that Kim isn’t photoshopped for the top cover. I haven’t ever seen like that. I thought for sure she had lost weight but not that much.

I hope this doesn’t set up anyone for unrealistic expectations. In the interview with the magazine she talks about how hard she is training and her guilt about cheating.

On training hard: “I want to represent a girl who’s working hard to get in shape,” she says. “It’s a process. People want the easy way out and the easy fix, but there isn’t one.”

On feeling guilty when she cheats: “It’s amazing,” she says. “The more I work out, the guiltier I feel when I cheat, so I cheat less and less. Now I try to eat fish and vegetables for most of my meals.”

I am disgusted at the fact that Kim Kardashian represented “MY” favorite magazine of all time. What were they thinking??? A magazine that is known for the lean, muscles and sculpted bodies of 0-3% body fat, women….WHY IN THE WORLD WAS KIM CHOOSEN? Was it a month where no fitness models were available???? I do hope they do not make that mistake again due to the fact that I want to be inspired…Not disheartened. BELIEVE ME…I am not the only one who feels this way!!
