The internet sensation is ready to get back to the spotlight. After being hospitalized with exhaustion and spending some time in Priory Clinic, Susan Boyle, returned to the stage to perform at the opening night of the “Britain’s Got Talent” Tour on Friday.

In these photos we can see Susan isn’t totally recovered. She looks sad and disconcerted with the presence of the paparazzi when returning to her hotel with the rest of “Britain’s Got Talent” finalists after their first live show at The National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, England.
