OMG.  Are you kidding me?  This is totally legit.  That crazy chick, Lucie Kim that is suing Miley Cyrus for her harmless ‘Asian Eyes‘ picture has now thrown in a new twist to her insane case.  Yeah, she is now holding Miley’s now ex-boyfriend, Justin Gaston responsible for the photo.

According to the amended lawsuit, Miley’s parents gave Justin authority to “supervise, manage, guard, and oversee [Miley's] conduct while in [his] presence.”

Whatever.  I still can’t believe that this Lucie chick has gotten this far.  Does she think that Justin Gaston has $4 billion?  Whoever that judge is, well let’s just say they had better laugh Lucie out of court.  This is such a pathetic attempt at a ‘get rich quick’ scheme!
