Supermodel Heidi Klum has taken a German-based internet seller to court for selling her perfumes on eBay at a low low price. The lawsuit contends the company is devaluing her brand and selling without a license. She is seeking approximately $160,000 in damages from the business. The Victoria’s Secret model believes this will hurt her ability to maintain high quality market share if allowed to continue.

Klum states “My perfumes carry my name to show I am fully behind them. I created them from A to Z. The scents carry my handwriting.”

Fashion is such a tough business with knock-offs and discounts so rampant thru the industry. I don’t know the German laws, but she might have a tougher time in the States were the lawsuit to be filed on US soil. For his part, the German business man is contesting the suit and will appear in court on July 14th to testify.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been worried about the health of their younger children, twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon, who will celebrate their first birthday on July 12. According to Life& Style, Brangelina have submitted their twins to various medical tests and have been keeping them hidden from the public eye because of their infinite allergies.

“Knox has trouble holding down his food. He spits up nearly every meal.” Vivienne, meanwhile, has food and environmental allergies, explains the insider: “Right now, she’s on a lactose and gluten-free diet, and she’s still underweight.”

“Because of their delicate state, Knox and Vivienne need to be kept away from anything they could possibly be allergic to,” the insider explains. “That’s a lot easier to do when they’re home and in a controlled environment.”

Again tabloids are just exaggeration and blowing this out of proportion. The twins are still young, they probably can’t even walk yet… what are people expecting to see? Vivienne and Knox might be very special babies but they aren’t super babies. I think Brangelina is right to keep them home and away from the media’s scrutiny.

There’s a new sci-fi book and movie series coming down the pipeline. The first book is called I Am Number Four and Michael Bay and Dreamworks want it. 

DreamWorks is firming up a deal to preemptively acquire screen rights to “I Am Number Four,” the first of a six-book science fiction book series that has “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” director Michael Bay aboard to produce and possibly direct.

The franchise is about a group of nine earthbound alien teens who escaped their planet just before it was destroyed by a hostile species. While the high school-aged kids assimilate, the title character discovers that he is being hunted by the enemy that blew up his planet.

I really wish it weren’t Michael Bay, I want to see a good story and that’s just not something he delivers. Hopefully somebody else will end up directing.

Heroes star Milo Ventimiglia met fans, smiled and signed copies of the new Comic book “Berseker” at Golden Apple Comics at Los Angeles on Satuday (June 27). The Berserker is a comic book published by Top Cow Productions, Inc. in conjunction with Ventimiglia’s production company, DiVide Pictures.

Who the heck told Heidi Montag she could sing outside the shower and actually record it!?! The reality star new song is titled “Trash Me”… our feelings exactly after hearing this painfully horrible tune by Mrs. Pratt. First “Blackout” (watch video here) , now “Trash Me”, it’s a sign for Heidi to close her mouth and never ever attempt singing again!

On a brighter note, Heidi stripped off and showed off her best assets for an upcoming issue of the famous men’s magazine, Playboy. Hey, at least we won’t have to hear her annoying voice!!

Heroes star, Hayden Panettiere’s latest movie, I Love You, Beth Cooper will be in theaters on July 10th and I have a feeling all the men won’t want to miss this one.  Hayden has a nude scene and I can’t think of anyone who will want to miss it!

“I was really naked,” the 19-year-old starlet tells me. “I had these little sticky petals on my boobs, but that was about it. My dad calls me such an exhibitionist. He always says, ‘God, even when you were little, you were such an exhibitionist!’ “

Hayden isn’t ready for full frontal nudity for the cameras, yet.

“I’m cool with my body, and I’m cool running around undressed and all that stuff, but there are just certain things that not everyone needs to know, that you need to keep somehow private and personal to you,” she said. “But you never know, you never know. I could be 30 years old and just be like, ‘Screw it—I want to take it all off. I better take a picture of this baby before it all goes.’ “

I am glad she’s not giving it all up.  I think she is keeping her class and that is a thing of great value.  Way to go, Hayden!

Super hot Lost star Josh Holloway, who seems to have been gaining a little weight lately, was seen out and about shopping with his two nieces at at Abercrombie & Fitch in Hollywood on Friday (June 26).

Those girls are very lucky! Who wouldn’t want to have such a cool hot uncle like Josh. Besides they also get to know firsthand what is going to happen on Lost or isn’t uncle Josh allowed to talk about work at all!?! Anyhow, bless him for being a good uncle and giving his nieces a great time!

Paris Hilton is devastated over the death of Michael Jackson along with the rest of the planet.  She put out some sweet words and posted some photos on her Twitter page.

I am so sad right now I can’t believe Michael is gone. What a sad day today, I’m devastated.

I’m still in shock about Michael. My mom grew up with him since they were teenagers and I’ve known him all my life. He was amazing, so sad.

Michael and his kids were just at my house a few months ago, I can’t believe I will never see him again. He was such a kind and gentle soul.

Love you Michael, you will truly be missed by the entire world. Your music will live on forever, truly timeless and iconic. Miss you
