American Idol: Blake Lewis Thinks He Can Dance!

Well, he at least thinks that his music will make you dance!  I would definitely have to agree with him there.

American Idol runner up from season 6, Blake Lewis is getting ready for his 2nd album, Heartbreak on Vinyl to hit stores in October.

“[It's] the culmination of over 10 years in the dance scene, filled with electro pop goodness with melodies I cherish,” Lewis told People.

Blake inked a deal with Tommy Boy Entertainment in February.

“The music in the dance scene gets me out onto the dance floor to lose my inhibition,” Lewis told People. “The title is an ode to all the record stores that have been closing down due to my industry eating itself. These are the stores that brought inspiration to all of us music lovers and have led me to make the music I create today.”

Well, congrats to you Blake!  You deserve it.  I enjoyed you so much during season 6 and I have been pulling for you ever since. Keep it up!
