Actress Mischa Barton was seen out and about on her way to a meeting with her super cute dog named, Charlie, in Berverly Hills on Friday (July 3). Mischa had better days… she is just looking so careless lately. The 23 year-old also gained some weight, which is good because she was looking like a skeleton but her unhealthy lifestyle is definitely taking its toll.

I can’t help but compare Mischa to Lindsay Lohan. They are both young and suddenly too famous until they became party girls and they can’t even find a proper job anymore. We are just wondering when Mischa’s going to rehab…
