Holy moly!  Would ya look at Miss Hayden Panettiere!   This Heroes babe has got the look and she wasn’t holding back for her appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman.

It is apparent that Hayden is definitely comfortable in her own skin.  She’s nude in her latest film, I Love You, Beth Cooper and now she’s in this lacy, sheer dress.  In fact, it looks like lingerie.  She looks amazing in it and definitely pulls it off.  I even love her shoes.  I usually hate that style, but Hayden pulls it off perfectly……
