Michael Jackson Did NOT Want Joe Jackson Near His Kids

Michael Jackson had a complicated relationship with his abusive father Joe Jackson, who was probably responsible for the King’s downfall. Michael had begged friends to not let Joe get the custody of his three children (Prince, Paris and lil Blanket).

A source said: “Michael talked so much about his kids. He said he was doing his comeback concerts for them. He hoped to give them financial security.

“It was as though he’d had a premonition of his own death. The one thing he wanted – and insisted upon – was that his father Joe didn’t get anywhere near the kids.

“I know the last thing he wanted was for Joe to play a part in the raising of his children if he died. He told me, ‘I don’t want him doing to them what he did to me.’ “

When Michael did his last will back in 2002 a few months after Blanket was born, he wanted his mother Katherine Jackson to take custody but also wanted sister Janet Jackson to be part of their lives.

A source says, “It is believed Michael named Janet to get custody on some papers. He often said in the last two years, ‘Janet is the only sane person in my whole family. She’s the only one who isn’t out for herself and actually cares about these kids.’ “

The future of Michael Jackson’s kids is still unknown… I can’t imagine what they are going through right now. No matter what, Michael was the only caring parent they ever knew. This will be such a drastic change in their young lives… we wish them the best!
