Heidi Montag Pratt Creates Workout Video: ‘The Heidi Workout’
Heidi Montag Pratt definitely has a nice body. The entire world is about to find out how nice it is when she hits the stands, nude for Playboy. Then if she decides to sign on for that stripping deal with SCORES, we will see her LIVE in action. LOL For those of us who are curious about how she stays fit, she is creating a workout video, The Heidi Workout. (I hate the title.)
She is creating it with her personal trainer, Chad Waterbury…
“Staying fit is something I’m really passionate about,” Heidi told PEOPLE. “I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week.” The downloadable workout series will share specifics of her routine of “full-body, intense resistance exercises”
“When she came to me her butt was really flat and she wanted to make it bigger,” said Waterbury. “Now, it’s nice, shapely and round. She loves showing off her body now. She called me from her Playboy shoot and was so excited. The photographers were raving about her.”
That cracks me up. I don’t usually hear about people trying to add meat to their butts. Usually we are trying to slim them down. Will you be trying out this fitness routine?
