The Bachelorette SPOILER: Jillian Harris’ Finale Decision SHOCKING!
Jillian Harris narrowed it down to the final two guys last night. I am not sure if I am surprised that she got rid of Reid Rosenthal or not. She didn’t seem too sure of herself when she was saying her goodbyes to him…
“I mean I don’t know how sure I’m supposed to be, I don’t know,” Jillian replied. “Like, you define everything to me that I was looking for, just in terms of having my best friend and having somebody I could laugh with. You’re goofy and fun and funny. And I wanted that, and a connection, and that was also there.”
“I guess I just worry that we’re at different places in our lives and I’m willing to make sacrifices and you weren’t,” the 29-year-old interior designer from Vancouver, BC continued as they stopped to sit on a nearby bench and tears formed in her eyes. “And I don’t know if you were, that’s the thing, I don’t know if I was willing to take that chance — I’m scared. I just know it’s scary the questions I was asking you.”
“No, I know and I should have opened up sooner. I didn’t give you all the signs you needed to have because… I don’t know,” Reid said. “It’s a shame because I should have. And I don’t know if that would change anything. I don’t know… I don’t know what to say.”
Yeah, Reid is bummed. He continued to rewind in the limo. Too late. Sorry dude.
Ok, now is the time to stop reading if you don’t want the finale spoiled! We know that Kiptyn Locke has been signed for The Bachelor, next season. So he CAN’T be the winner this year. Ed Swiderski will be proposing to Jillian in two weeks during the finale. And somewhere in the mix, poor Reid Rosenthal is going to make a last ditch attempt at Jilly’s heart.
Next episode will be The Men Tell All, so you will have to wait until the following week to see all this madness play out. I personally can’t wait! I think the drama is going to be through the roof! Haha!

Well, I’ve dated long enough to know that a guy (like Ed) who never keeps eye contact has something to hide, so I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he does have a girlfriend. Given that his parents seem to be unable to emotionally embrace, I don’t think that Ed can really do the emotional closeness that’s expected of him – even if he wanted to.
It was pretty similar with Wes….all the body language and signals were wrong, so how he got that far is a mystery to me.
Jillian sadly seems to be looking for a guy who will admit that he loves her, and will marry her…..seems innocent enough, but what guy in his right mind will say that when there are 2 other players still in the game, and the whole world is watching you date in a fishbowl! It seems a little short-sighted to me, and personally, I think that a mature man just won’t go that far after a bit of TV-dating. If you want that kind of exuberant disregard for foolish displays and consequences, she should have gone with the young goofy bouncy guy (can’t think of his name).
I know it sounds unkind, but I don’t think Jillian’s the sharpest pencil in the box if she’s basing everything on which guy will declare his feelings. And I think she was a fool to let Jake get away….he was the real deal. Pity he doesn’t have my number, lol.
I disagree Simone. I think the reason Ed doesn’t make eye contact is that he can’t hide his feelings and if he looked at her it would show in his face and he would break out in a silly grin. Having said that, I was sorry to see jake go because he was my first pick too!
Ed is gay.
That’s why he couldnt get it up. That’s why he left the show the first time.
I hope she doesn’t choose Ed, Team Reid.
I hope that its’ not true that Kipton is the bachelor for next season. Every one I talk to,says it should be Jake.
I sure hope they have Jake for the next bachelor, because it it is Kipton, I doubt that I will watch next season.
