Superbowl Champion Steeler’s Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is being accused of sexual assault on a Harrah’s Casino employee in Lake Tahoe, NV.
Andrea McNulty filed the civil lawsuit last week in Washoe County, Nev., stemming from an alleged incident at a hotel room in July 2008.
Roethlisberger is not facing any criminal charges, and it’s unclear if McNulty ever tried to file a criminal complaint before taking legal action against him.
Ben is facing a mountain of allegations including civil counts of assault, sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment, false pretenses, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. All of which is total BS!
I, being a HUGE Steelers fan don’t believe it for a second. Not until I see some solid proof. Ben is not that kind of guy. He doesn’t need to assault women. He can get any woman he wants. The Steelers organization is supporting him as well. (As they should.)

Attorney David Cornwell knows the truth and he’s putting it out there plain and simple.
“Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone, especially Andrea McNulty,” and, “The limited value that Ms. McNulty derived from public disclosure of these viciously false allegations is the only value she will ever receive from Ben in this case.”
I support Ben Roethlisberger 110%. These bogus allegations will never stick. I think this is just another case of a gold digging tramp.

Rape has absolutely nothing to do with sex. It has to do with overpowering and degrading another person. Its not just a matter of him getting turned down and moving onto the next one.
Its not surprising when pro athletes get into this kind of trouble. They’re in a field where aggressively going after what they want is rewarded. Unfortunately, that attitudes bleeds over into their real life many times. They’re also treated in a way that many of them start to think that basic rules and laws don’t apply to them.
Its like when Moss got into trouble here in the cities. He seemed genuinely surprised and confused that he was in trouble. He didn’t understand that he couldn’t do whatever he wanted.

I do not feel Ben did what he’s accused of. He is from a nice farming community in Ohio where I was also born. I have found Ohioans to be some of the nicest and friendliest people in this country. The woman sounds like a flake, she needs to mind her own busimness instead of going after one of our American pro-atheltes for money. He almost died in a motorcylce accident and was back in the game the next season, which shows his dedication and love for his sport. Nutzoids need to get a life and stop trying to dirty the name of the wholesome athlets we have, considersing some are not. THe need to stop this crap andleave the athletes alone. Ben needs to start paying for sex like charlie sheen and leave the waitresses alone. When you have a mutual agreement based on both parties feeling like they received fair compensation then you don’t have lawsuits. Ben is single and no one would fault him for being a playboy. These women are feeling like they didn’t get enoung from Ben. Maybe he didn’t call them again or something and they felt used. Tiger Woods found many women to have sex with him that didn’t try to file charges against him. Tiger is paying because he was married. Ben is not married and not many would fault a young man for going out and having sex. Maybe he should start having women sign a waiver, lol, maybe they could sign an agreement to have sex with him. That way when they try to file for money he can produce a signed mutual agreement.
Holy Cow! Some of the comments on here are amongst the most foolish I have ever witnessed. To Say Ohioans are some of the nicest people? So that means that Ben could not have done it? Are you insane or something?
Why stick to him like this? I have worked with one of his ex GF’s and they say some things about him which would be much more accurate than any of you are saying, I can see in real time if these people are telling the truth, how do you all know Ben is? I heard this stuff about him way before this story broke.
Dedication for his sport because he was in an accident? Or could it be the fame and money…duh.
