Jessica Simpson wanted a Ken and Barbie birthday bash.  Instead her Ken (Tony Romo) dumped her and left Barbie all alone, for her birthday.  Jerk!

Sources say that Jessica is totally heartbroken.  We know how much she loves Tony and how much she had her heart set on marrying him.  Now she’s alone again.  But, it does seem like she’s trying to stay positive…..on Twitter:

“Everyone needs to know that hope floats … grab the strings and pull it back to you.” Three hours later, she wrote, “Falling asleep with my mom and the dogs. Please lord give all of my beautiful fans, friends, enemies, and family rest. Bring all of us peace.”

That’s the best place to be, with your mom and dogs right now.  They have a wonderful way of bringing you comfort that no one else can.  Sorry, Jess.

Mel Gibson’s girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva is a very busy woman.  She’s baking Mel’s baby due this fall and she’ s got her debut album, Beautiful Heartache coming out.  She’s even managed to make this sexy video.  Enjoy!

I absolutely love this snap of Miley Cyrus!  She is too cute and I am so digging her boots!

Miley is a very busy girl down in Georgia working on her movie, The Last Song with Kelly Preston.  I think that Miley has made some amazing friendships down there and she is learning a lot.  Miley will walk away from this experience with a lot more than another movie under her belt.

Yes, we already knew that host of Big Brother 11, Julie Chen has a baby on board.  But, we didn’t know the sex of the baby.  It’s a boy!  Julie dished on her bundle to Craig Ferguson:

“We’ll probably stick to a traditional boy name. We’ve talked about names and it’s funny because I always thought I would never be one of those people that wanted an original name. Like, sometimes [names] are made-up words that aren’t really even words.”

Good for you Julie, let’s make up insane names that your son will want to change one day!

Now, how about those nominations last night?  What on earth was Jessie thinking?  I knew that he would want to shake things up and we know that Jessie’s ego is bigger than his scary muscles, but COME ON!  Lydia is a cool chick.  Yes, a definite threat.  But, I wanted to see Laura and her massive boobs on the block.   Having Chima on the block as a pawn is my only comfort.  The plastic cry-baby needs to go home.  I love that she acts like she’s going to fight to stay in following her fit after losing the competition.  Whatever!  I can’t stand her! Ugh!

Jessie, it’s too early in the game to receive massages then put the masseuse on the block!  Not cool.  Don’t get the bad karma going just yet…..

Not known to turn down a hookup, actor/comedian Russell Brand has tongues wagging because of his sex life.  But this time it has to do with who he is not sleeping with.  The Sun is reporting that the self described sex addict just won’t get it on with actress/singer/leggings designer Lindsay Lohan, no matter how hard she tries.

The Sun says that Lohan has been trying to get up on Russel at a few Hollywood parties they were both attending, the latest being Diddy’s White Party, but he is declining her advances finding her boozing and attention seeking a turn off.

“Lindsay is a very good-looking girl and she is used to getting what she wants. Russell has been on her radar for a while now but he doesn’t want anything to do with her.

“He finds her constant craving for attention and her heavy drinking a turn-off. It’s not like he is short of female attention anyway.”

I thought that Lindsay and Samantha Ronson were trying to get back together? I guess when you’re used to getting what you want, when you want it, being with someone doesn’t really matter now does it. This story does come from The Sun, so take it as you will.

We knew that Survivor 20 was in the works.  At least on paper.  Now things are really starting to roll.  And thanks to Palau cast member Coby Archa, being super jealous and somewhat pissed off, he is spoiling as much as he can for the rest of us.  I have to say, I am VERY glad!

Main things are that filming will begin sometime between August 1st and September 20th.  Also, this will be a back to back filming with season 19 in Samoa.  This is obviously for the money saving reasons. Works for me!  Lastly, this will be a Heroes vs Villians season with an all-star cast and I couldn’t be more thrilled.  This means our most loved and hated will be squaring off.  How fabulous!!

There is a lot more dirt from the bitter Coby….

“Heros [sic] Vs Villians lives!” and said, “obviously I wasn’t asked since I was neither lol,” and said he wouldn’t reveal the cast but “most of it irritates the shit out of me”—and admitted “I am just jealous!!!!” As to the show’s casting, he wrote, “there are NO gay people on it from what I hear. And yes I said gays…no lesbos were even asked,” qualifying that by adding, “I didn’t say bi-sexuals weren’t asked,” and later posted that Natalie from Micronesia “was bi no?”, an obvious suggestion that Natalie will return.

Coby also said “some people from seasons 1-7 were asked who WEREN”T on All Stars” but “not that many though so don’t get all wet about it,” and later posted that around 35 went to L.A. for interviews, and 10 of those were people who have already been on the show twice: their original season and an all-star season.

It’s no surprise that some Survivors aren’t pleased with Coby for spoiling all of this excitement and he responds with this:

“Wow getting some interesting texts/messages from friends who are pissed I am spoiling lol Funny how they all wished/wanted to spoil themselves and now that I am, I am some sort of traitor!” He says that “my shot is forever gone in playing again….this is my last way of playing the game a bit…having some fun. I am not spoiling anything that would hurt the game or Survivor, like I said I love Survivor. I am just letting enough out to piss the casting people off a bit maybe lol been kissing Lynne’s ass for 4 years and look where it got me.”

Wow, bitter much? Richard Hatch is working his tailfeathers off trying to get the court to allow him time out of his home confinement to do the show…he would be an obvious Villian. I hope they let him go, I would love to watch him get torn up….

Who knew that hosting a talent show could pay so well? Ryan Seacrest is about to triple his salary as American Idol emcee, making $45 million for three years of work. The Hollywood Reporter says that the contract with CKX, parent company to AI’s producer 19 Entertainment, is said to be the biggest payday ever for a reality TV host.

The three-year deal gives CKX exclusivity on Seacrest’s on-camera services for broadcast TV. Seacrest has a separate cable deal with Comcast and is E! Entertainment’s lead anchor. He also produces such shows as E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and ABC’s upcoming Jamie Oliver reality series.

It looks like Ryan Seacrest will be pretty busy with his own projects as well as American Idol, his radio show on KIIS FM in Los Angeles, and American Top Forty! Way to go Ryan.

Will soulful singer Amy Winehouse start replacing some of her less than healthy habits with a new outdoorsy one?  It’s being said that while living in St. Lucia, Amy was trading her excesses for the game of golf.  She was even taking lessons to better her game.  An insider told The Daily Star

“She hasn’t bought her own golf clubs yet but is hoping to check out the posh Sandals resort course.“Amy has just started having golf lessons. She pays £20 for 45 minutes.  “She thinks driving the golf carts is hilarious.  “But she’ll have to behave and wear proper golfing attire as they are very strict, especially about wearing the right shoes.”

The thing they are most worried about is Amy’s shoes? Hmm. At least it keeps her busy and maybe out of trouble?

Harper’s Island blasted onto CBS like it was nobody’s business.  The commercial’s for it gave me the creeps from the get go.  And it seems that this horrifying show is a huge hit!  Fans can’t get enough and are chomping at the bit for the season 1 DVD to be released.

Here is the run down if you haven’t seen the show….

A horror-inspired drama, this CBS series is about a group of friends and family who meet to celebrate a wedding on an island just outside Seattle, an island that is famous for a streak of unsolved murders seven years ago. Suspense ensues when they end up dead one by one; has the killer returned or is someone else to blame?

You will still have to wait a bit longer until September 8th.  But, if it will make you feel any better, you can pre-order your copy now, on Amazon.com.  Maybe that will help make it  seem a little closer……
