UPDATE! SEE KHLOE’S WEDDING HERE!

Khloe Kardashian has been working on her weight and it shows!  I never thought of Khloe as fat, just a little extra meat on her bones.  These days she is looking fabulous.  Losing 20 lbs has made a major change in her appearance.  So, how’d she do it?  What’s her secret?

“I try to do just 30 minutes of cardio, mandatory,” Khloe, 25, tells Us. “Obviously if I have more time, I want to do weights, but really that cardio is what works for me because I’m bigger. Cardio is what leans me out, and it still works your muscle definition too. Any kind of cardio.”

“I do different kinds everyday because I get really bored. I do boxing, I go on hikes, I do stairs,” she says. “I’m always switching it up.”

I am the same way. I have to do different things or else you can forget it all together!

“It’s hard work, but it’s worth it, and once you start seeing results, it keeps you motivated,” she says. “Now I actually get excited. I’m like ‘I’ve got to start seeing arm definition soon,’ so I go to the gym.”

Ok, this is my favorite part!

“I eat whatever I want until noon. Then from noon on, I watch what I eat,” says Khloe, who adds that she is also launching a diet product called Quick Trim with Kim. “I only drink champagne. 100 calories in a glass, and I’m good.”

That is so clever!  I think I might just have to try that approach.  Khloe, I think you’re onto something great.

I can’t wait to see Khloe in the new E! series, Kourtney and Khloe in Miami.  I am a sucker for reality TV, what can I say?

Notorious Led Zeppelin front man Robert Plant was honored at Buckingham Palace on Friday when he was made a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE).

Prince Charles bestowed the award on Plant for “services to popular music”.   Plant said of his award:

‘I owe everything to the musicians I work with. From the UK to Africa to Tennessee, it is their brilliance that I bounce off. Alone I’m nothing.’

His children Logan, Carmen and Jordan, attended the ceremony.  They all look so respectable, including Robert!  I never imagined him in a suit!

Looks like the British royals are on a roll of recognizing popular musicians… last year Kylie Minogue received a similar honor.

I will admit, I’m still not over Billy Mays‘ death.  I mean, it was getting to the point where if I saw an infomercial that he wasn’t hosting, I wondered why.   He sold everything, right?  (Oh Billy, if you’d only eaten one fewer Big City Slider you might still be with us today!!)

Mad Men’s office bombshell, Christina Hendricks, has found her man, in real life that is. She and her fiance, actor Geoffrey Arend, who were introduced through mutual friends, announced that they will be getting married October 11th. Now don’t be expecting some grand affair with all of the cast of Mad Men done up. This will be a family affair, at an undisclosed East Coast location.

Now, just what will the woman who is known for her fabulous curves be wearing down the aisle?

“I’m wearing Carolina Herrera. It was the first dress I tried on and it was magnificent.”

With the two of them working on respective projects there may not be time for an immediate honeymoon. But Arend shared that they may want to head to Italy.

“A farm house, small car,” he says, “something romantic.”

Black Eyed Peas Queen Fergie, who is married to actor Josh Duhamel, graces the cover of the latest issue of Marie Claire Magazine (August 2009). The sexy vixen confesses she is now beginning to enjoy the simpler pleasures in life.

Fergie is becoming a more mature woman – that’s why she decided to change her appearance and become a brunette. She feels she is getting softer too: “It’s funny, because at work I have to be a very strong, tough woman. But when I’m with him [Josh Duhamel], I just turn on this baby girl voice because … he’s my big tall man!”

Kate Moss and her daughter Lila Grace were in London, England at a Somerset House Series gig seeing Lily Allen perform.

Kate looked good in her leather pants and heels.  Lila is getting all grown up.  It’ snice to see Kate spending some quality time with her daughter.  Quite a change from the way were got used to seeing her.  Hopefully Kate will keep her act clean for Lila’s sake.

I love seeing the characters talk it up.  The cast is so talented and have really pulled off a hit show.  They aren’t easy to come by these days.

The Bachelorette is really getting HOT and the drama is becoming a little much.  But what else could we expect from the lovely, Jillian Harris?  The overnighters in Hawaii are looking like pure insanity.  The final 3 guys aren’t everything she’d hoped for in the bedroom!

Who’s not measuring up in the bedroom department?  This cracks me up.  Jillian is going to walk away without a man because he wasn’t good in bed.  How funny would that be?  This episode tomorrow night is going to be hot and heavy!  I am dying to know who drops down on one knee!   Who do you think it is?  Drop a comment!

Tonight is only the 2nd episode of Big Brother 11 and I am very excited.  I love this show and I can never get enough of it.

I am going to do bios on each of the houseguests so we can understand them for who they really are…..

My first impression of Lydia is a good one. I think that she is a very open and honest person who is capable of getting along with everyone. I think she will face some conflict though due to her appearance. There is always a hater in the house who will judge the book by it’s cover.

Lydia, this single woman has been up-close-and-personal with fame as she used to be a nanny for a high profile couple, which surprises people given her tattooed body and eccentric personality. Her fellow Houseguests may judge her by her looks, but she says, “don’t judge a book by its cover.”

She describes herself as unique, colorful, silly and mellow, but liars and disrespectful people really get under her skin. Thinking of what her mother would tell her to do really helps calm her down.

Lydia has a very close relationship with both of her parents. Her father, a police officer, isn’t fond of her body art, but he loves and supports her no matter what. She refers to her mom as her best friend. She is extremely close to her siblings as well.

Her hobbies include bowling, swimming and yoga. She does not like to watch any sports whatsoever.

It’s definitely early, but for now I like Lydia and I hope she goes far…..

Super sexy Kim Kardashian proudly dropped the flag in a super tight Pepsi Max jumpsuit at the Green Flag Rally for the Bullrun Rally 2009, from New York City to Austin, Texas on Saturday (July 11).

The reality star arrived to the event in style in a famous car that matched her shoes! How fabulous is that!?! I’m not a big fan of the jumpsuit but I guess it was appropriate for the occasion.
