Could it be true?  Is country singer, Kenny Chesney part of the reason for Tony Romo’s sudden ‘dumping’ of Jessica Simpson?

If these sources are correct, then it could be true….

“She was giving him all her attention, and they seemed very intimate,” an eyewitness tells Star of Jessica and Kenny’s cabana chat. “They were sitting so close, their heads were together.”

Tony “looked real jealous that she was talking to Kenny,” says a source. He angrily confronted his girlfriend, but when she wouldn’t give him the time of day, he stormed off the beach.

Hmmmm, that is interesting. But of course Kenny Chesney is angrily denying the accusations,

“Tony’s a friend, and I wouldn’t flirt with a buddy’s girlfriend,” Chesney tells PEOPLE. “More importantly, Jessica was just being sweet and there was nothing else to it. It’s not funny. There were no problems. Everybody got along great. After the party, everybody went their own way and nobody thought anything more about it. Period. End of story.”

Well, of course he’s going to deny it.  Kenny doesn’t want that on his head!  But, then again….I wouldn’t be surprised if we get word down the road of Jessica Simpson and Kenny Chesney working on some country album together…..

Recently, Celebrity Apprentice winner, Joan Rivers was roasted by Kathy Griffin and now Joan has been waxed. Madame Tussauds has done it once again.  This wax figure of Joan is amazing.  In fact I think it’s one of the best I’ve seen.  Do you think that it has anything to do with how much “wax” is in the real Joan?  Sorry, I couldn’t help myself……

The ‘punch out’ part is all BS according to the police.  Mel Gibson was out at Playhouse in Hollywood when a loser paparazzi wouldn’t stop trying to take his picture.  The dude was posing as a fan but clearly was not.  Mel had his pregnant girlfriend, Oksana with him and didn’t want the snaps taken.

However, things went sour when a Life & Style reporter posing as a fan tried to snap a picture of Gibson and his girlfriend. His security team immediately took the camera and deleted the pictures.

The pushy reporter did not stop there as she sent her friend to take another picture. That’s when Mel stepped in and attacked the clubgoer because he was fed up with everyone trying to snap a photo of him partying. Our source tells us exclusively that “Mel approached the guy who tried to take his picture and ripped his shirt.”

There are no worries for Mel though, he was innocent.

A rep for the Playhouse acknowledges “a minor incidence occurred between a persistent photographer and Mr. Gibson’s party” and that “no one was injured.”

Mel’s got the club and witnesses behind him, I am sure nothing will ever come of it.  And the ‘victim’ will continue his career in harassing celebrities……

Bachelorette, Jillian Harris is making her rounds with her media interviews.  Yesterday morning (July 29th), Jillian had the pleasure of being interviewed by Anderson Cooper who is was the sub for Regis on the Regis & Kelly show.

Now, why on earth would Anderson Cooper ask Jillian boring questions?  He wouldn’t, would he?  Nope, Anderson wanted the truth behind the question.  The sex question…..

That was too funny.  Jillian didn’t want to give up that information and I don’t blame her.  Why would she want to share those intimate details of her life with the world?  I think she has shared enough with us, no need to hear about her past conquests…..

Brazilian police have ruled Arturo ‘Thunder’ Gatti’s death a suicide.  And this means that his wife, Amanda Rodrigues is going to walk away, a free woman.  Click here for details on the murder.

A day after Gatti was found dead, police said that his 23-year-old Brazilian wife, Amanda Rodrigues, had strangled him with her purse strap as he drunkenly slept.

But police began to back off the accusation about a week later after a coroner’s report said that Gatti may have killed himself as he was found hanged and suspended. Rodrigues’ lawyer said at the time that proved his client’s innocence because she could not have physically lifted Gatti.

“The victim … committed suicide by hanging,” Lima’s ruling read, referring to the police investigation findings.

Rodrigues will get out of jail this afternoon (July 30th).  Wow, the woman was accused of murder by purse strap and then somehow, her dead husband wound up hanging himself?  Something is fishy and I think it’s safe to say that someone has been payed off and a murderer is walking free today.  I wonder how much Gatti’s life insurance policy is worth?  It’s a sick world.

It’s a family Celebration for Madonna and daughter Lourdes Leon!  Word is out that 12 year old Lourdes will appear in the video for her mom’s upcoming single, Celebration.    I wonder if she’ll be dancing or acting or both?

If Karina Smirnoff gets her way, then the answer is yes!  I could actually see Keanu Reeves tearing up the dance floor and looking mighty sexy  while doing so.

“I have always wanted to meet Keanu Reeves,” Smirnoff told Us Weekly at the Paws for Style Fashion Show in NYC Monday.

“I’ve said it for, like, eight seasons, and it doesn’t seem that he’s gotten the message. He hasn’t responded, so I’m starting to give up.”

Don’t expect Kid Rock to follow in the footsteps of Twitter-savvy celebs like Ashton Kutcher and John Mayer.  He hates it so bad that he uses an old-school, totally politically incorrect term to describe it:

“It’s gay. If one more person asks me if I have a Twitter, I’m going to tell them, ‘Twitter this [bleep], mother[bleep]er.’ I don’t have anything to say, and what I have to say is not that relevant. Anything that is relevant, I’m going to bottle it up and then squeeze it onto a record somewhere.”

Breaking up is hard to do, even if you’re famous.  Kim Kardashian, who earlier this week announced that she and football player Reggie Bush were splitting after two years of dating, took to her blog to let all of her fans know that she is dong “okay” after the split.

“I just want to let you all know that I truly appreciate all the love and support I’ve been receiving over the last 48 hours,”

“I just want you all to know I’m doing okay, and I really appreciate your support,” she went on. “I’ve been reading all your comments and I really have the best fans ever! I love you guys!”

It was on Monday that the couple announced that they were going separate ways.

“Nobody cheated,” a source close to the couple says. “This is just a case of conflicting schedules and their lives going in different directions.

It must be difficult to go through a split with the whole world knowing about it.  It’s good to know that Kim is “doing okay” following her breakup.

Much to the dismay of rabid fans everywhere, the upcoming sequel to Sex and the City is being delayed.

Filming in New York has already been pushed back until the end of August and now sources claim plans to film in Dubai have upset the government of the strict Muslim nation. A source tells Us Weekly, “The UAE authorities aren’t keen on the title because of the word ‘sex’.”

This isn’t a major setback, just a little longer to wait, I wouldn’t expect to see this out until summer of 2011.
