Clothing giant Gap has been teamed up with Bono’s (Product) RED campaign for a few years. The organization works to fight AIDS in Africa and raise awareness throughout the world. For summer, Gap has asked several artists and designers to put their stamp on a tee and fifty percent of the profits will go to The Global Fund. Some of the shirts are making there way to stores and online now, others will show up as autumn approaches. I love the red butterfly (pictured above) by James Jean and the tree branch tee by Nomoco. How much more horrifying could this be? Investigators have finally ruled Steve McNair’s death as an official murder/suicide. I knew that this would be the final verdict, I just didn’t know that Kazemi shot him while he is sleeping. That chills my blood to think about. It makes this whole thing more wretched than it already was.
Investigators may never know why Kazemi shot McNair four times as he dozed on a sofa early Saturday before turning the gun on herself, Police Chief Ronal Serpas said.
But interviews with friends revealed that she was making payments on two cars, her rent was doubling and she suspected the married McNair was having a second affair with another young woman. end it,” Serpas said.
Police earlier had labeled McNair’s death a homicide, but waited for further tests and the revelations about Kazemi’s personal problems before concluding that she pulled the trigger in a condominium McNair rented with a friend.
The woman was clearly a nut case and it’s unfortunate that McNair ever got involved with her in the first place.
Serpas said detectives learned that Kazemi recently found out about another young woman she thought McNair was romantically involved with and had even followed that woman home, though she did not confront her.
Serpas said police believe McNair was asleep when he was killed because there were no defensive wounds. After shooting McNair in the head, Kazemi apparently shot him twice in the chest before shooting him again in the head and then shooting herself. The gun was found underneath her.
She sat next to his body and tried to position herself to fall into his lap when she died. She did, but her body slid to the floor and ended up at McNair’s feet, Serpas said.
Now that the mystery is over, I hope and pray for the McNair family to find healing soon and that their lives will once again find some joy.

Well it’s about time! Finally Bachelorette, Jillian Harris has sent Wes Hayden home and we can be done with him and his sorry attempts to fool Jillian and the rest of us.
I don’t think this guy has his head screwed on straight. He wasn’t even phased. He is such a fake and a phony. But, he of course has big plans for himself….
“She shot me down, I’m going down in flames. The first guy ever on The Bachelorette to ever make it to the Top 4 with a girlfriend,” Wes said during his post-elimination limousine ride.
“You know, I think it’s going to take me a long time to be able to get back on my feet,” he said with a smirk.
This guy is such a moron. Does he think he’s actually going to be able to get a decent girl after this?
“Yeah… my acting days are over. I’ve definitely gone as far as I could possibly go with Jillian. I mean I’ve already done everything I needed to do so this is just kind of another bump in the road. I’m going back home, I’ve got my dog waiting, and my band. We’re pushing a brand-new single right now [and] I got a big radio tour I’ve got to do ASAP.”
Yeah, good luck with that buddy. We will be waiting with baited breath for your hit album….

Yesterday at the Michael Jackson Memorial, Jennifer Hudson’s baby bump made an appearance. I think she looked gorgeous. Definitely glowing from within. Beyond the grief, you could see the “motherly twinkle” in her eyes.
I love this snap of Usher giving Jennifer’s bump some love. It’s so sweet and I think a very special moment for her. This is one for the baby book.
Jennifer, you look gorgeous. Pregnancy looks great on you! Can’t wait to see your little bundle of joy, you’re almost there!

That’s right. It looks like Rumer Willis got a nice taste of TV life during her time on Medium and now she’s going to be on the hit remake of 90210.
This time her character will be, Gia a lesbian reporter that works on the West Beverly Blaze TV station. I think she will be perfect for the part. She definitely has her parent’s Demi Moore and Bruce Willis‘ acting genes. I hope she sticks around on the show for a long time.

When I read that, I busted out laughing. Kate Winslet is always so honest and open. I love that about her. Kate is real mom and a real wife who just happens to be super talented. She has shared her skin in the movies a lot but, it looks like she’s just about finished with that. She dishes to Harpers Bazaar about her skin…..
“If people are noticing my boobs in a movie and saying they do what real boobs do, then that’s great.”
“I’ll be 34 in October. I can’t keep getting away with [nudity],” says Winslet. “There was so much of it in The Reader because the story required it, but people have seen enough of my bum and my boobs. I have to put them back.”
Kate has accomplished so much at such a young age. She has a long, full life ahead of her. And all through it, she has kept her head on straight and kept her family in front of her.
“When everyone was out getting plastered, I didn’t do all of that. I was working. I was doing life,” says Winslet. “Now that I look back, I feel very lucky. I’ve never taken drugs, never been offered cocaine.”
“[R]omance to me is spontaneity,” Winslet insists. “It’s not diamond earrings; it’s a bunch of daffodils that’s freshly picked from the field. Or just a little thing like Sam calling me at three in the afternoon, saying, ‘I’m coming home now. I’m done for the day.’ It’s romantic because he just thought, ‘I’ll go home. I want to be with Kate and the kids.’ “
Kate is very blessed. I love her work and I look forward to all of her future movies.They don’t need nudity, she is an amazing actress who doesn’t have to be nude to make a movie great.

Transformers star, Shia LaBeouf was seen yesterday in a car driving past Michael Jackson’s funeral. The poor guy was hiding his face from the cameras. You can see his finger is in a splint and all taped up too. It looks like his surgeries are still not finished yet. That hand looks painful! Not a good day.
Shia LaBeouf is usually much more camera friendly, but on a gloomy day like yesterday, no one was really working the cameras.

Before the world knew her as ‘Chanel’ she was simply ‘Coco’. The new biopic stars fabulous french actress, Audrey Tautou, as fashion designer Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel. Coco Before Chanel, follows Coco from her humble starts to the height of her fashion empire.
The US release is slated for September 25, 2009.

First of all I have to ask, can you imagine American Idol WITHOUT Paula Abdul? Honestly? I can’t. Paula is part of the show, you take her away and there will be massive hole left. So, I am pleased to say that Paula should be around as long as the show keeps going, which I would imagine to be a very long time with it’s killer ratings.
“I’ve been invited to stay the duration of the show, however long it lasts,” said Abdul, whose contract hasn’t been renewed since it expired after the show’s eighth season. She said the invitation to come back is subject to agreement on the details of a new deal.
The panel of judges is like a crazy family. They belong together.
“I’m the nurturing mom, Simon’s the disapproving dad, and Randy’s the cool brother,” she said. “It’s been an interesting journey. It’s something that I’ll always would want to be a part of.”
We want you to be part of it too Paula, don’t you go anywhere.
