Heidi Klum appears on the cover of September’s L.A. Confidential wearing a fuzzy sweater, of the kind you’d really never need in September in Los Angeles, but I digress already.  She looks great, of course.   She also gets a little goofy talking about Project Runway, her new coffee table book, and c0-hosting the Emmy’s last year.

On moving Project Runway to Los Angeles:

“People will ask us, ‘Why L.A.? L.A. isn’t a fashion capital.’ But if you look at the history of American fashion, it started in Hollywood with designers making gowns for all the starlets. Sometimes I joke with Tim [Gunn] that we should do Project Runway on an island. ‘Here’s 15 minutes, now go into the bushes and find whatever you can and make an outfit.’ I picture Michael [Kors] and me, super tan in our director’s chairs and me in a bikini saying, ‘Welcome to the runway!’”

On working with photographer Rankin on her new book, Rankin’s Heidilicious:

“It’s very naughty. I’ve been shooting with this photographer, Rankin, for seven years, and working with him is fun because he always makes me look different. And he always gets me to take my clothes off for some reason. We’ll do some job, and then he’ll say, ‘Why don’t we shoot some more things,’ and I’ll wind up without anything on.”

On her stint as an Emmy co-host:

“Man, we got so beaten over the head for that! It’s not like the four boys and I wrote it. You get hired to do it, they give you a script and you learn your lines. If I could have, I would have done the whole thing in German, with subtitles—everyone in dirndls and on swings and milking cows. Each nominee would have had to ride in on a big cow and milk it.”

Heidi is hilarious!  Can you imagine the ratings her German Emmys would get?!  Oh, and for those of you who want to get your hands on Heidilicious, you’ll have to wait until October 15th, but you can pre-order it here.

Jasmine Fiore was brutally murdered by her husband, Ryan Jenkins who took his own life days later.  Jasmine’s family has decided to cremate her remains and scatter her ashes where she grew up in  Santa Cruz, California.

There will be a memorial service for Jasmine in Las Vegas as well.

I hope this is the beginning of the healing process for her family and friends.  This has been such a tragic story.

Everyone was shocked, well sort of when they heard that Chris Brown didn’t remember beating Rihanna to a bloody pulp on Larry King Live.  Look at that picture (above), is that face hard to remember?   Watch the interview below,

Well, Chris Brown is all upset because he is claiming that he does in fact remember beating Rihanna. In fact, Brown has made a formal statement and it’s a good thing since his precious reputation is on the line…..*cough*

“There have been reports on the Internet that I didn’t remember what happened that night with Rihanna. I want to try and set things straight.

That 30 seconds of the interview they used of me was taken from a one hour interview during which that same question was asked something like 4 or 5 times — and when you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said.

The first four times – or how ever many times it was – I gave the same answer — which was that I didn’t think it was appropriate for me to talk about what happened that night. I said it was not right for me and it really wasn’t fair to Rihanna. The fifth time – or whatever it was – I just misspoke. I was asked, “Do you remember doing it?” and I said, “No.”

Of course I remember what happened. Several times during the interview, my mother said that I came to her right afterwards and told her everything. But it was and still is a blur. And yes, I still can’t believe it happened because it is not me or who I am or is what happened like anything I have ever done before.

As I have said several times previously, I am ashamed of and sorry for what happened that night and I wish I could relive that moment and change things, but I can’t. I take full responsibility for my actions. What I have to do now is to prove to the world that this was an isolated incident and that is not who I am and I intend to do so by my behavior now and in the future.”

Um yeah, whatever Chris Brown.  You are still a dog.  You still deserve to be in jail.  You are still a spineless bastard.  Go home to your mom who supports you no matter what.

The CIty star, Whitney Port was seen out in Soho, NYC today (August 31st) and I am not sure what she was thinking when she got dressed.  The super holey, oversized sweatshirt with spandex, aqua leggings isn’t doing it for me.  Perhaps she was going for an undercover look or maybe wanted to blend with the vagabonds?

Lily Allen has been known for having a good time, or maybe a little bit more than a good time on occasion. But it’s her latest addiction that is getting her in trouble with her new boyfriend. That new addiction? Twitter.

“My boyfriend gets really, really angry with me because he’s just like ‘I just want to spend some time with you, do we have to have one and a half million people in the room with us at one time?’”

“I’m like ‘Yes, shut up.”‘

Lily does do her fair share of Twittering (@lilyroseallen) but so do plenty of other celebs. Ashton Kutcher (@aplusk) was on Oprah earlier this year telling her all about it, and even setting up the big O’s account for her (@Oprah).

Scottish actor and screen hunk, Gerard Butler has no problem with being called a sex symbol. In fact, he appreciates it.

“I joke with [becoming a sex symbol] because it’s way better to be appreciated than to not be appreciated,” said Butler. “For anybody to blow it off and dismiss it, they’re either insane or they’re just not being honest or they’re being extremely arrogant.

It’s a good thing he appreciates it. Gerard, who has recently been linked with his The Bounty co-star, Jennifer Aniston, will be getting more press and attention in the coming months. He has four movies coming out in the next year. That’s a lot of interviews, magazine spreads, and a lot more of sexy Gerard overall.

Simon Cowell got to see something new on his X-Factor show when a 50 year old contestant, Steve nervously took the stage and sang his heart out while the crowd and judges laughed at his bulging pants.  Yes, the guy had an erection while singing on stage.

How does that happen?  Isn’t your ‘stuff’ supposed to run away when you’re nervous or scared?  Too funny.

TMZ is reporting the Renee Zellweger has just been involved in a car accident in Beverly Hills when another car did a U-turn into her car.  Thankfully Renee is okay and there were no reported injuries.  Renee’s car has been towed away from the scene, it had a smashed headlight, and there was a license plate on the ground belonging to one of the cars.

Glad everyone is okay!

Saturday night (August 29th) Katy Perry was spotted leaving the W-Hood nightclub after a concert at the Palladium in Hollywood.  Katy was wearing a sexy jumpsuit, her hair and makeup were beautiful…but, what was all the cake about?  She had cake smeared all over her body and even some on her face!  Ha!  I wonder if she got into a friendly food fight?  Katy certainly didn’t look bothered by the sugary mess all over her.  And she still looked hot!  Rock on, girl!
