Big Brother 11: Chima Gives Exclusive Statement On Her Sudden EVICTION
This has been a crazy day for the Big Brother 11 House and for the internet world trying to find out WTF has been going on in there. Was Chima evicted or did she quit?
Chima has made a statement via email to give her side of the story, which of course does NOT match what we have been seeing and hearing.
I think Chima is full of it and I have never liked her. I am very interested to watch tomorrow night’s episode and then I will decide what I really think.
Read Chima’s statement after the jump,
Hi Thomas. Yes, I did in fact quit the show, although there are reports on EW from CBS to the contrary. Big Brother would like everyone to believe I was kicked off for not following the rules, but I went to the producers repeatedly over the past couple of days wanting to leave….wanting out of that house!
As crazy as that house is, the producers NEVER want the world to think or know that we houseguests DO LEAVE when it becomes futile to stay. I lost faith in the show & my ability to remain committed to this game. All of the remaining housemates know I wanted to leave and that is why any conversation concerning me is cut in the live feed because they don’t want America to hear the truth about my voluntary departure.
Do you really believe that I would be expelled for tossing my microphone when past houseguests have only been kicked off for violence & threats of violence? You know better, as do I.
It’s better that I left. I did what was best for me in this game and that was to leave. When I chose to play & play hard the power I did earn was completely usurped by a game piece never used before in this game and my HOH reign was rendered useless. I have no regrets. As cliche’ as it sounds, until the public is a part of a human pressure cooker, then the judgements should cease.
I find it interesting that my personal attacks on Russell have been highlighted, but his attacks on me pushed under a rug. Selective portrayals? I think so. Russell did terrorize the house, especially the women in the house. Why America constantly finds men attacking women okay, yet vilifies the woman defending herself, will always confound me. But what’s done is done, now BB fans can find a new woman to hate. I didn’t sign up for what I was exposed to & I left gladly. It was the principle of the matter, the $500,000 prize be damned. That’s all for now! Take Care…
I’m just glad she’s OUT. It’s about time. Why didn’t she just quit at the beginning when she began her hatred of the game?

Thank God she’s gone. The tireless poor me routine was getting old, when she had absolutely no problem throwing racial slurs at Russell, yet she, like so many others in our world today, are the constant “victim” that routinely are the initial contributors to the hate. It’s a shame that people like her feel entitled to belittle a group, yet consistently demand respect when their actions deserve no respect.
Big Brother hosed Chima big time. They should have known better than putting a rape survivor (a very horrifying experience to overcome) on a show that the producers intentionally hype up the drama.

There is no honor in quitting or being expelled. Chima proved to the world that she is unruly and unstable. It’s a shame that … any potential employer watching would never hire someone that completely turns non-compliant and defiant. No employer would hire someone that they KNEW had that kind of personality.
Honestly, her only choice for leaving with dignity - getting voted off and participating as a viable jury member.
I find it amusing that at the CBS/ BB forum that there are over 110 pages of people saying they are glad that Chimale is gone!
Chima is nothing more than a shallow, weak, individual that cannot hold up under adversity. If she doesn’t get her
way, she just throws a fit and talks about how others are being either racist towards her or negative towards her
for being a woman. Well, Big Brother producers “finally” did something that was well overdue. It’s just a shame that
they can’t weed out this type of indivdual before they pick the houseguests for the show. Hopefully this will help them
in doing “deeper dives” on the people prior to the new seasons. Thanks to the producers for taking her off the show because, I’m sure that I’m not alone when I say that there were numerous times that I wanted to reach through the
TV screen and yank her off the show myself.
