The Real Housewives of Atlanta NeNe Leakes ‘Yes, I Was A Stripper’ (photos)
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is so full of chaos and drama. Those women love to tear each other up. This time NeNe Leakes is dishing her own dirt, on herself. She’s of course doing it in a book, Never Make The Same Mistake Twice. In it she reveals that she used to work in different gentlemen’s clubs as a stripper.
“Yes, I was a stripper, a woman who took her clothes off and danced for dollars,” she writes. “Let the judgment ensue. I mean, it’s easy enough to do, right?”
She thought it was her only way of supporting her son, so she took her clothes off,
“My son was in private school, his father wasn’t chipping in for pull-ups or food, I had no job and no money coming in, the rent was past due, and the super told me and my roommate that our condo owner was about to put us out,” she writes. “So I did what I had to do.”
When she married her current husband, Gregg he convinced her to quit stripping. So, I guess she got her life lesson through stripping.

More women than you know have been strippers.
For some, it is a mistake, but for others it is a means to get by, go to college, help family or whatever.
Some even enjoy it.
A few even wind up better because of it.
