Miss Universe 2009 Winner Is….. (photos)
Miss Venezuela, Stefania Fernandez won the Miss Universe 2009 crown on SUnday (August 23rd). The 18-year old beauty became the 58th winner of the title in a show broadcasted live across the world from the resort’s imperial ballroom.
This makes the same country the winner for 2 consecutive years! Congrats to Venezuela!!
