The internet is buzzing.  Some things just have a way of coming back, repeatedly.  Daughter of President Reagan and First Lady Nancy Reagan, Patti Davis was a rebel back in the day.  In 1994 she posed for Playboy ( avery controversial thing to do of course) and made quite a splash.  Her cover pose was likened to that Janet Jackson Rolling Stone cover.  Very hot, topless.

Patti Davis gave Playboy not just one cover but a centerfold, video, and several issues over a ten year period.  Davis is a best selling author as well as a talented songwriter!  I Wish You Peace on the Eagles’ One of These Nights album was one of her big hits…

Back in 1992 she did the video Playboy Celebrity Centerfold: Patti Davis. In 1994 she appeared again in the publication. In 2004 she authored the book The Long Goodbye: Memories of My Father.

In more recent years, Patti Davis and Nancy Reagan, were interviewed on CBS Sunday Morning together.

Thankfully, Nancy and her daughter have reconciled after a long battle.  Patti is sorry for the pain and embarrassment she caused her parents and I think that it’s awesome that she and her mom are able to be on good terms now, before it’s too late.  Parents are there to love and support their kids, to love them anyway, even when they mess up.  Kudos to Nancy….
