With the news of Ryan Jenkins‘ suicide, I think there is a sigh of relief around Canada and for the rest of the world, that has been watching and waiting for that monster to be found.  I think Ryan Jenkins’ suicide was the easy way out and he should have had to face a trial and serve the rest of his life behind bars, before getting the death penalty.  He brutally MURDERED his wife, Jasmine Fiore.  But, there is nothing to be done about that.  Now he can rot in hell now.

As was reported before, Ryan Jenkins’ body was found by an employee of the Thunderbird Motel in Hope, B.C. where they saw him hanging when they checked on him in his room.  How horrifying for them.

The latest details reveal that Ryan Jenkins body has been positively identified by fingerprints.  So, this dead body is really the monster, Ryan Jenkins.

I hope this is the beginning of the road to healing for all of Jasmine Fiore’s family and friends….

After having escaped to Canada, accused killer, Ryan Jenkins has been found dead in his hotel room in Hope, British Columbia, Canada.

Sgt. Duncan Pound, a spokesman for the Royal Canada Mounted Police’s federal border integrity program said that Jenkins “took his own life.” Jenkins reportedly been found hanging in his hotel room.

“The hotel staff had gone in to check on him… it would be speculation to say how long he had been in there,”

Ryan Jenkins was wanted for the murder of his ex-wife, swimsuit model, Jasmine Fiore. (Details here) Her body had been found stuffed in a suitcase in Buena Park, California earlier this week.

Lauren Conrad looks like your quintessential Southern California beach babe on the cover of September’s Shape.

She tells the health and exercise magazine how she keeps that bikini body.  The key?  Getting her sweetie Kyle Howard involved.

“We like doing outdoor stuff: tennis, bike riding, kayaking, standup surfing, hiking in the canyons around L.A. I just ask Kyle, ‘You feel like working out?’ It’s more fun than hitting the gym alone.”

She’s changed her diet, too.

“I’ve found when all I’m eating is really fresh, healthy foods, I stop craving pizza and burgers.  When I have [healthy] foods in front of me, I find it easier to avoid high-calorie binges.”

One of the down sides of constantly being photographed, is that people know when you are not home. Lindsay Lohan who had been visiting her family in New York, returned to her Hollywood Hills home, only to find it was burglarized. Lindsay’s manager, and mother, Dina Lohan made a statement.

“It’s true,” “The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed,” Dina says. “Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken, too. Thank God she wasn’t home.”

Dina also went on to say that Lindsay had already been planning on moving to somewhere safer. She had hired people to begin packing her things in preparation for the upcoming move. Lindsay’s house had been suspected of an break in back in May.

The local police were asked for details regarding the latest break in.

“All we can confirm is that we are investigating a possible break in at the residence and we still have officers on the scene. We got a call shortly before 7 a.m. this morning and it’s still under investigation. No arrests have been made.”

Who at Lindsay’s level of recognition doesn’t have an alarm system on their home? And who does she have taking care of her home while she’s gone? Lindsay had better start re-evaluating who she has around her. But the good news is that she is ok.

Gorgeous Italian actress Monica Bellucci is hot at 44 years old!  She talked to the Daily Mail about just how she stays that way.

On maintaining her sexy curves:

If I do a role where I have to lose weight, I can do that: I eat meat, fish, vegetables, and I lose it right away. But sometimes I do a role where I have to gain weight, and I can tell you I prefer that!

But she’s no workout junkie:

It’s impossible with my kind of life. Get up at 5am to get to a gym and then be on set at six? Impossible! So instead of going to the gym I dress in black.  A lot more practical, and much more fun.

What about beauty secrets?

I don’t have any.  It has to come from inside. If you don’t feel good, it’s impossible to look good – not just for girls, but for women who’ve already had a life, and experiences.

She does have one beauty essential, though – lipstick!

I have loads of them. Mostly neutrals and nudes. But once in a while I’ll put on a classic red, and it instantly reminds me of my mother and my grandmother – putting on her red lipstick before she went to church, even as a very old woman. That is such a beautiful image for me, because it says that she still had her femininity, was still taking care of herself. I hope I will be like that. I have full lips and they dry out really fast, so I have to keep them moisturised. Lips are very important. You speak with your mouth, you eat with your mouth, you kiss with your mouth…

Lips are, in fact, very important to Monica, who is the face of Dior’s new anti-aging lipstick, Serum de Rouge, available this fall.

I love that she has such a healthy attitude about food, her body and beauty.  American actresses, take note!

Milla Jovovich has a lot to celebrate lately.  She just got married to her sweetie Paul Anderson (congratulations, guys!), and she’s stripped down to bare essentials for Maxim‘s current issue.

Of the sexy photoshoot, she said:

“Look, I do Vogue, OK? I’m not doing this  to advertise a designer; I had a little girl recently, and I’m doing this to show my post-baby body! Lingerie and a sheet were all I needed.  I know it’s all about my body. I want to give readers exactly what they want, and they want to see me.”

Milla’s daughter Ever is a year and a half old, and from the looks of it she’s made good use of the time working on that post-baby body.  Hooooottt!!!  I’d say Maxim‘s readers will be pleased.

Tonight is the Miss Universe pageant down on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.  Nice venue!  It will air LIVE at 9pm/ET. Dayana Mendoza will be handing over her crown to the new Miss Universe.  Now she will have more time for her racy photo shoots!

The highlighted performance of the evening goes to Heidi Montag Pratt. She will be performing Body Language from her  debut album, Unleashed.  This is a much hyped performance for Heidi.  I think she is extremely nervous and she’s got Spencer in her ear blabbing about how a billion people will be watching.  Ugh, he’s such a pain in the @ss!  By the way, this picture of Heidi (above) is the one from the Miss Universe site.  I get the American Flag bikini usage, but they could have found a better shot, the look on her face is so errrr….. LOL  Do you think she will be holding a copy of her Playboy while she’s on stage?

Anyhow, I wish all the contestants luck tonight, and yes..I wish Heidi luck as well.  Hopefully she looks good and does America proud.

Jennifer Love Hewitt and her love, Jamie Kennedy soaked up some sun at the Dodgers game yesterday (August 22nd).  The Dodgers shut down the Cubs 2-0, shocking, I know.

Anyhow, I just loved this picture of Jennifer smiling.  That baby looks good on her!  What a cutie!  (Who’s is it?)  Jamie makes her so happy.  I am glad they found each other.  And by the looks of things, I think they will make great parents to some beautiful babies!  I’m just sayin’……

Newlywed Jenna Dewan was at the Melrose Place Launch Party last night on the corner of Melrose Place and Melrose Avenue.  Is the Melrose-y enough for you?  Ha!  Anyhow, Jenna was absolutely gorgeous in her amazing dress, the shoes were spot on, and of course her hair and makeup perfection.  I am digging the ultra red lips.  Hot.  She even shows off one of her tattoos on her upper back… not the one she got on her honeymoon.  I am guessing that her sexy, new hubby Channing Tatum must have been out promoting G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra.  He shouldn’t let her out solo looking that good!

Jenna stole the sexy spotlight for sure last night.  Maybe she could give Ashlee some pointers…..

America’s Next Top Model is getting ready to pound the runway once again on September 9th.  There is a new twist for this 13th cycle of beauties.  They are all 5’7″ and under.  Not the common height of a supermodel.  I think it’s fabulous!  Let the rest of us with ‘average’ legs feel like we have a chance too. LOL

All of these girls are beautiful. And with legs like that, who needs to be 6 feet tall?
