George Clooney is really pissed and frankly, I am too.  TMZ is reporting that while he was at his home in Italy, paparazzi climbed over his privacy wall and took pictures of him with his girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis having some ‘private’ time together.  Then the creep took pictures of a 13 year girl, in her bedroom, topless.  Yeah, gross.  These pics have been published in magazines.

George Clooney made this statement,

“We’re suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don’t know about the law in the United States but in Italy it’s illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom. I draw the line of privacy at that.”

Go get ‘em George!  I hope you put those low-life’s out of business!  They SO crossed the line!

Super talented drummer, Allen Shellenberger for the band, Lit was battling brain cancer since last year. Sadly, Allen lost his battle yesterday (August 13th).  He went through several treatments since discovering the cancer, but nothing worked.  Allen died at the very young age of 39.   It is such a sad story.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his little girl, Giovanna Mackey, his family, and friends.

R.I.P. Allen Shellenberger, you will be missed.

Since making a name for himself, The Real Word: Brooklyn star, Scott Herman is taking his career to a whole new level.  As you know Scott is a personal trainer (hence the hot bod) and now he’s loading a whole lot more onto his plate.  Scott is modeling for Undergear’s fall catalog.

He and his partner, Kyber Bernstein now have a talent agency, Third Eye Talent Management.  They already represent Malan Breton of Project Runway, Katelynn Cusanelli of The Real World: Brooklyn and Joey Rozmus of The Real World: Cancun.  And I am guessing that the boys are hoping for some bigger names to start popping up on their client list.

Then he’s filming his own reality TV show, following a stock car driver.  Hmmmm??  Lastly, Scott is crossing his fingers to land a leading role on an HBO pilot.

Sounds like a lot!  I think he needs to pick one or two things and be dedicated to those.  Doing so many things might end creating nothing but crap all around.  I guess we will wait and see…

Ashley Tisdale was spotted leaving her salon in Los Angeles yesterday (August 13th) with her fresh do looking mighty nice.  Ash was sporting a killer Optimus Prime t-shirt that I need to get my hands on!  I love it!

Ashely Tisdale has got some long legs.  Maybe those washed out jeans with the grey boots make them look even longer….. The girl has got style… well, minus those sunglasses. Why did those have to come back?  Some things should have stayed in the 80′s.

Coldplay did a cover of the Beastie Boys classic, ‘You’ve Gotta Fight For Your Right To Party’. Adam Yauch is currently getting treatment for his cancer and the Beasties have had to cancel concerts.  So, is this wussy cover inappropriate or great? I think that if you want to cover the Beastie Boys, you have to ROCK it.  Not make it a weak, boring song.

Haha!  I think this is going to get really messy for Michael Vick who just signed with the Eagles. Philly isn’t all that excited to see the dog abuser coming to their town.  P!nk is no exception.  She shared her thoughts on her Twitter page,

I thought things would be getting better.  You know, on the road to healing for Jon and Kate Gosselin.  Such was not the case last night.  TMZ is reporting that the estranged couple got into a huge fight last night at their Pennsylvania home when the cops were called just before midnight.  We don’t know who called them, but the cops had to get things settled down.  They were only there for about 10 minutes.  No one was arrested but, Kate ended up checking into a Days Inn near their home for the night.  (It’s Jon’s turn with the kids).

I hope the kids couldn’t hear all that going on.  We will keep you updated when we get more details on the cause of the blowup…..

UPDATE: Kate Gosselin was the one who called the police.

UPDATE: Kate called the police because Jon wouldn’t let her in due to the fact that it was his time with the kids and she wasn’t supposed to be there.  But, apparently, Kate didn’t approve of the babysitter that Jon was using and freaked out.  The cops told them they had to work it out with their lawyers.

This story gets worse by the minute.  Why can’t they be civil for the poor kids?

I want to be one of the first to congratulate Miss Britney Spears on her engagement!  Rumors have been floating around for awhile now about whether or not she and Jason Trawick are engaged.

Well, I think the ring on her finger says it all.  Take a look at that rock! It’s huge!  It almost distracts from that terrible hair do she’s got going there!  Put that hat on it, girl!  Your ring is fab!

Now, we will wait for the official announcement and wedding date….

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian went on the Today show to promote their new show, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami and of course Kourtney ended up talking to the ladies about her baby’s daddy. Who is it, you ask?  Well, I wasn’t at all surprised when she announced that it’s Scott Disick, her ex-boyfriend who is now her boyfriend again.

Congrats to the happy couple! I hope that your relationship blossoms with your belly!!

I can’t stop laughing at these pictures of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.  Heidi looks great, as she always does.  But, Spencer!  Ha!  Look at that dumb outfit.  They were out in Hollywood for a cocktail party.  I was think there must have been a theme for SPencer to dress in those dumb boots and hat.  But, Heidi is dressed normal.  So, I think Spencer is just dressing the part of a total d-bag.  What do you think?  What’s Spencer’s excuse for dressing like that? By the way, where’s his copy of Heidi’s Playboy issue?  Doesn’t he carry it everywhere he goes?
