The new promo for this season of Gossip Girl has us all thinking WTF, as in “Watch This Fall.”  CW gives Gossip fans a small taste of the drama that will soon be unfolding on the Upper East Side.  Cater is shirtless, Serena is losing her top, and who is Chuck kissing?  I personally can’t wait catch this season’s premiere on September 14.
  

Along with this season’s all-new secrets and scandals, keep your eye out for a few guest appearances as well, starring Tyra Banks and Hillary Duff.

You’ve probably seen the commercials featuring celebrities whose brands are sold at Macy’s.  They’re cute, and pretty funny – which is high praise coming from me, because I hate commercials!  However, the latest ad in the series will be hard to hate, because it’s for a good cause.  Martha Stewart, Mariah Carey, Usher, Jessica Simpson, Donald Trump, Queen Latifah, Emeril Lagasse and Tommy Hilfiger appear in a pitch to support the nation’s largest huger relief charity, Feeding America.

The commercial shows the stars at a dinner party, and asks the public to hold dinner parties at which they ask their guests to contribute to Feeding America.  Macy’s has agreed to match every dollar donated by the public one to one.

Of his participation in this latest ad, Usher said:

“To get together and do something philanthropic is just incredible.”

Alias co-stars, Jennifer Garner and Victor Garber were out on a hike in the Hollywood Hills yesterday when he took a tumble into the dirt.  In true Alias fashion, Jen came to his rescue and helped her TV dad out. I don’t think Victor hurt anything beyond his pride.

I miss Alias, that was such a kick ass show.  This duo seems to have maintained a good friendship over the years.  I still love ‘em both.

So you think this whole ‘cougar’ thing is something new?  Please, Courteney Cox, 45, has been doing it for years.

“I’ve been blazing that trail for ten years,”… “David [Arquette] is much younger than me,” she continued of her 37-year-old husband. “I think it’s great to be a cougar, if that’s what they’re called. I just don’t know what the term is for a man who dates a younger woman.”

Courteney was speaking at a Television Critics Association panel to promote her new ABC show, Cougar Town. Cox plays a 40 year old realtor who finds herself in the dating game. In one of the scenes with a new boy toy, Courteney strips down and shows what she’s working with! And no, it wasn’t a body double.

“That is me and I’ve been doing that forever… David’s always saying that to me, ‘Courteney, please put your shirt down and stop showing everyone your belly,’” she laughed. “Once I had a kid, I was fascinated by that whole thing so I do, do that and I do have that skin… I was lit really well. People don’t look the way they look on TV in real life.”

I can’t wait to see this show. I was so upset when Dirt was canceled, it’s good to see Cox on a new show.

First of all, EW!  Yes, ew.  I don’t think this couple is right in any possible way.  Kathy Griffin seems to have lost her might with the pounds she shed to achieve her sexy, new body.  Okay, maybe not her mind.  I know that woman going for younger men is pretty normal these days.  But Kathy Griffin and Levi Johnston together makes me throw up a little in my mouth.

Last night this new couple emerged at The Teen Choice Awards and for food they hit up Katsuya.  Kathy and Levi really went all out, look at their matching outfits!  Was this like prom?  Levi Johnston went from Bristol Palin to Kathy Griffin.  Where on earth did that come from?  I guess this is park of the new Kathy Griffin, little boy toys.

Queen Latifah is notoriously hush-hush about her sexuality, but sometimes actions speak louder than words.  She is in New York filming her new movie, and has been seen at least twice “chilling” at weekly lesbian night at the Country Club nightclub.    One time, she was accompanied by “five stunning women.”

Five women, no less.  Some men can’t even accomplish that!  Go Queen La!

It looks like there is a hot, new couple on our hands in Hollywood.  Gossip Girl’s Chace Crawford and Twilight’s Ashley Greene were caught on camera this morning at LAX kissing in the back of a car.  That was a pretty hot, goodbye kiss, don’t you think?

I guess that the cat is outta the bag now!  Congrats you two.  What a cute couple

Miley Cyrus was out in Toluca Lake today (August 9th) with her BFF, Mandy Jiroux doing some fabulously fun grocery shopping.  The girls are in town for the 2009 Teen Choice Awards and were enjoying a little down time before showtime.

I love Miley Cyrus to death.  But, if I could, I would burn those blasted boots.  I hate them.  I wish she would lose those things.  Everytime they show up in a picture, I cringe.  Her long, leggy look is ruined by those fugly things!  Miley, please!  Lose those boots!

What do Kim Kardashian and Lauren Conrad have in common?  A spot on America’s Next Top Model of course!  These lovely ladies are going to be guest judges on this season (13).

Lauren is slated for October 16th’s episode and then Kim will make her judgements on October 21st.  This should be an interesting season.  I wonder how these ladies will treat the contestants.  I can see Kim being sweet and Lauren being bitchy.  What do you think?

It’s time for the 2009 Teen Choice Awards!  Britney Spears made her entrance today for the big show wearing a pretty tiny black dress that well….I don’t know.  It just doesn’t seem to look quite right. Sometimes Brit doesn’t make sense with her wardrobe choices.  I don’t get it.  She is such a knockout and then pulls this. WHY?
