Heidi Montag Pratt and her d-bag of a husband, Spencer Pratt showed up at the premiere of G.I.Joe: Rise of the Cobra to promote Heidi’s Playboy debut on the cover of the September issue. Classic attention whores.

“I worked out very hard for this.”

“I worked by butt off,” she continued. “So if you want to see how I got my Playboy body, you can go to [my Web site].”

“See her powerful curves,” Spencer said. “They are powerful!”

“It’s an honor,” he said. “I feel like I did something great, like I should get a trophy!”

”[Playboy] kind of had a vision… and we brought in Matthew Rolston, who is a very well known amazing photographer,” she explained. “So, it’s more art.”

“Beautiful art,” Spencer added. “Not like Picasso art, real beautiful art, you know what I’m saying?”

So Spencer, what you’re saying is, Picasso isn’t art?  Whatever.  Continue to be a genius.

Anyhow, Heidi was all sparkles with her shoes and clutch to match.  The toted around the magazine like it was their trophy child.  So LAME.  Honestly, G.I. Joe is an amazing film, their was no need to try and steal the thunder.

Sherri Shepherd just debuted her new body in a bathing suit on The View.  She did an amazing job with her diet. I give that girl props!

She lost 4 inches from her chest but still wears a DD bra.  Wow.  But, you won’t find her getting a breast reduction anytime soon….

“What?! No! I would never ever, ever, ever.”

“I don’t care how old they get and how long they get, I’m going to love my boobs. I’d never get rid of them.”

Good for you, Sherri!  But, she will get herself a tummy tuck if she’s able to keep the weight off for a year.  Sounds fair enough to me.  You go girl!

Emmy Rossum (The Day After Tomorrow) and her long time beau, Justin Siegel have ended their relationship.  They had been living together for over 2 years.

“It was close to marriage,” the insider says. “And I don’t think she wanted to be tied down this early in her career, and though she’d never say that – that’s the reason for the split.”

It looks like this one is going to take some time for healing, so don’t expect to see Emmy rebound anytime soon,

“Emmy’s really sad right now, it caught her by surprise.”

It’s ok, these cuties are still very young and there are a lot of fish in the sea…..

Is it time for our fall shows to get started yet or what?  I can hardly wait for one of my faves, The Office to get underway.  Until the fall premieres begin, we’ve got some juicy spoilers that include wedding bells and babies.

It’s official, though Michael Scott still doesn’t know. Pam and Jim from The Office are tying the knot this season, midway through Pam’s pregnancy. Jenna Fischer, who plays Pam, broke the news exclusively to TVGuideMagazine.com, saying she’s being fitted for wedding gowns with room for Pammy’s bump.

“The plan is for Pam and Jim to get married in the fourth episode,” she said from The Office set, where production on Season Six began last week. Writers are still working out the details, but Fischer said, “It’s going to be a destination wedding, probably in Niagara Falls. By making it a destination wedding, the hope is that nobody from the office will come.”

I think Season 6 is going to be the best yet.  I have been waiting for Pam and Jim to tie the knot for a long time!  Plus, we get a baby!  It’s about time!

Could there be some hope for Paula Abdul fans?  The answer is yes, IF the American Idol producers want to pay Paula Abdul what she wants.  They offered her $4 million and she was offended.  She wants $10 million per year and that is firm.  I honestly think she is worth it.  I hope that they do it.  This is Paula Abdul, she is a huge part of the show and I don’t think they could ever fill her place.  Keep the guest judges too, just do what you have to so Paula can still sit next to Simon!  He needs her!

John Hughes the famed director of such films as The Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off has died today.

John Hughes died suddenly today of a heart attack while taking a morning walk during a trip to Manhattan. He was 59.

John Wilden Hughes, Jr., born on Feb. 18, 1950 in Michigan, began as an advertising copywriter in Chicago.

In the last decade, he stepped back from the legacy he created to enjoy time with his family, maintain a functioning farm in northern Illinois and support independent arts. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Nancy, two sons, John and James, and four grandchildren.

So sad that he’s dead! His films influenced a generation and made us laugh. Condolences to his family and friends. R.I.P. John Hughes.

Sam Worthington is set to star with Charlize Theron in the upcoming remake The Tourist.

Theron and Worthington will be the leads in the redo of the 2005 French spy thriller about an American tourist manipulated by a female Interpol agent in Europe. Bharat Nalluri (Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day) is directing from a screenplay by Julian Fellowes and Jeffrey Nachmanoff.

I’ve never seen the original but it sounds like a good coupling of actors for this remake. Worthington is certainly being put in a lot of movies with a lot of big stars, he was definitely the best part of Terminator Salvation.

Here’s the first trailer for Peter Jackson‘s newest film, The Lovely Bones.

This looks like a really visually appealing film, but in terms of originality and story I’m not floored. I’m looking forward to seeing it regardless, Peter Jackson is a fantastic director.

Tom Arnold claims that governer Arnold Schwarzenegger is coming back to acting as soon as his term ends.

Talking about a movie that the NYT admits has no plot or script, the actor says: “All I know is Jim Cameron’s making it and Arnold [Schwarzenegger] and I are going to be in it, and it starts shooting in 14 months, the day after Arnold stops being governor of California. It’s not going to be called True Lies II, but it might as well be. I can live with that.”

I hope this is true, he’s way better at acting than governing in my opinion.

Here’s the brand new trailer for the upcoming film The Vampire’s Assistant.

Having never heard of this book series or anything about it, I’m actually pleasantly surprised. It looks a pretty campy and a little cheesy but so did the first Harry Potter movie. Maybe it will be be better than it looks, maybe I’m being overly optimistic today.
