Shakira looked casual and ridiculous cute at a photocall to promote her new single, “Loba” (”She-Wolf”) at the Puerta de America Hotel in Madrid, Spain. Red is a great color on her, and she’s even rocking the Flashdance off the shoulder look.

Ferrell and his wife, Viveca Paulin are expecting their third boy in February! Fun! Magnus who is 5 and little Mattias who is 2 are going to have triple the fun now! Three boys is a busy household, but I don’t think there is anyone out there who could have more fun raising three boys! Can you imagine having Will Ferrell as your father?

Flying all the time can be stressful for most people. Can you imagine flying as often as someone like Jennifer Aniston does? Especially when she has movies to promote, such as Love Happens that came out this month.
Like many people, Aniston has a ritual she does every time she gets on a plane, you know, just for luck.
“If I walk on to an airplane, I always have to go on with my right foot first and tap the outside of the plane,” she says. “I have always done it. For luck. Someone told me to do it and I don’t remember when that was. But it’s kinda stuck.”
I think that’s kind of funny. Someone just mentions it to you, and you end up doing it for the rest of your life? Would that make you superstitious or just quirky?

We may best know Kristin Davis as her character Charlotte York on Sex and the City. But, Kristin wants to trade in Manhattan and her stilettos for the wild west and some cowboy boots.
“I just love horses. I want to be the girl on the horse.”
Can you imagine Kristin Davis in a western? I LOVE the idea. She just has a classic look, and I’d love to see her in more than SATC stuff.
As for those stilettos? She admitted that they take some getting used to when on the set.
“We get rusty with the walking and talking in high heels. Our feet are killing us. We are not back up to fighting shape and we have to get tough again.”
Hopefully while filming her new movie, Couples Retreat with Vince Vaughn, she got to wear flip flops on the shore of Bora Bora.

Hugh Jackman is in talks to star in a new movie about boxing robots called Real Steel.
Hugh Jackman,who just opened on Broadway in “A Steady Rain,” is in talks to star onscreen in the Shawn Levy-directed “Real Steel” for DreamWorks.
Pic is a Rocky-with-robots saga, with Jackman is negotiating to play an ex-fighter who becomes a promoter when human boxing is outlawed for being too violent. The new gladiators are 2000-pound robots with human qualities. The ex-fighter’s access to sub-standard robot parts hampers his hopes for glory in Robot Boxing, until he discovers a discarded robot that always seems to win. The ex-fighter has also discovered he’s the father of a 13-year old son, and they bond as the robot brawls its way toward the top.
Sounds like a strange concept, I’m all about a good Sci-Fi movie, but this sounds like it could really fall flat. Maybe we’ll all be surprised and it’ll be great, but it’s hard to feel emotion for robots.

Thomas the Tank Engine is getting made into a feature film, with a mix of live action and CGI animation.
The cheeky children’s book character is en route to the big screen via HIT Entertainment, which has hired screenwriter Josh Klausner to write a script for a feature based on the tiny-train world “Thomas & Friends” created by the Rev. W.V. Awdry in the 1940s.
Thomas represents the world’s most popular preschool property, with more than 100 million books and wooden train accessories sold globally. HIT plans a new CGI animated TV series for next year (Thomas’ 65th birthday) that will for the first time provide voices for Thomas, Percy, James, Toby and the rest, and the new film project — a mix of live-action and CGI — is slated for a spring 2011 release.
Spring 2011 gives people enough time to conceive a baby and make them a fan of the series before the movie hits theaters. This is definitely going to be a film for the young ones. I still don’t get the appeal, but maybe I’m a little too old; Teletubbies was a mystery too.

The new film Halloween 3D which was scheduled to begin production soon is now likely to be cancelled altogether.
So here’s what happened: the script only came in Friday, and it was the first draft that Dimension Films had seen. And The Weinstein Co was rushing to get the film into production for a November start date because it has to be done by January when director Patrick Lussier starts a film for Avi Lerner. A release for Summer 2010 was planned. Sure, the rumor mill claims TWC is out of money amid all those layoffs, and TWC couldn’t agree on a $2.5M budget battle with Lussier, and TWC had key crew ready to fly to Shreveport. But I understand that Bob Weinstein shut down H3D pre-production “because Bob just felt it was rushing too fast.” Now Dimension plans to start the film after My Bloody Valentine 3D helmer Lussier is free. (After all, the film editor got his directing start making Dracula 2000 for the Weinsteins.) But I know what you’re thinking: Rob Zombie’s reboot sequel Halloween II did lousy at the box office so perhaps TWC wants to cut its losses. “We make those pics for very little money and tight marketing dollars so anything north of $25M is a huge success for us,” an insider tells me. Meanwhile, HII, whose domestic total is now $32M, will get a re-release on Halloween in selected theaters for midnight showings.
Even if it doesn’t happen on schedule, you know eventually another Halloween movie will get made. If it’s a 3D movie of course remains to be seen. I think they should at least take a break for a couple years from making these movies.

Dwayne Johnson is set to star in a new action film called Faster.
Johnson will play an ex-con bent on avenging the death of his brother, who was murdered 10 years earlier when the two were double-crossed during a heist.
When Johnson began negotiating, his “Gridiron Gang” helmer Phil Joanou was expected to direct the film, but he dropped out several months ago. Joe and Tony Gayton wrote the script. Tillman last directed the Notorious B.I.G. biopic, “Notorious.”
Finally Johnson is getting back to a real action role! He was supposed to be the new Arnold Schwarzenegger, but he’s been too busy making comedies and Disney flicks. Hopefully it will be a great comeback for him.

John C. Reilly is joining Ed Helms in the new comedy Cedar Rapids.
The story, by Phil Johnston, centers on a wholesome and naive small-town Wisconsin man (Helms) who, when his role model dies, must represent his company at a regional insurance conference in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where his mind is blown by the big-town experience.
Reilly’s character also is attending the conference and is a family man who sees the event as a vacation and time to let loose.
This movie is a lot more appealing already, seeing Reilly and Ed Helms together sounds like a comic treat. Hopfully it’s really well written, a lot of comedy these days just falls flat.

Marc Webb, director of the new film 500 Days of Summer is likely to direct a new film called Just Another Love Story.
The up-and-coming director of “(500) Days of Summer” is in negotiations to produce and direct “Just Another Love Story,” the remake of the Danish thriller that’s been set up Mandate Pictures.
Ole Bornedal directed the original, which broke out at the Sundance Film Festival in 2008. The film tells of a crime photographer who pretends to be the boyfriend of an amnesiac, only to face the wrath of the actual boyfriend when he finds out about the deception. James Mangold, Cathy Konrad and Nathan Kahane are exec producing. Nicole Brown is overseeing for Mandate.
He seems to be well equipped for the job, looks like the beginning of a great career. Hope he can keep it up.

There are confirmed reports coming in that actor, Dennis Hopper has been rushed to the hospital today (Sept 30th) in New York City.
The 73 year old Oscar nominated actor had been suffering from flu-like symptoms and a stomach ailment. Hopefully Hopper will recover quickly, the flu can be very dangerous at his age..
Dennis Hopper was in NYC was to promote his new show on Starz, Crash. Unfortunately his plans have been cancelled due to his sudden illness.

I thought the show was called So You Think You Can Dance, not So You Think You Can FLASH Dance?! Ha! Well, there was a major wardrobe malfunction from one of the contestants on the show and well, I don’t think it was an accident.
Check out the NSFW snaps (after the jump) and you can be the judge as to whether or not the girl is wearing her panties. I think this a super desperate cry for attention. This gives a new meaning to the term ‘fame whore’.
