Lady GaGa, aka Stefani Joanne Germanotta was in Berlin for the Monster Cable party at Tube Station nightclub to launch her “Heartbeats by Lady GaGa”  All I know is that GaGa is always wearing crazy outfits but this one should have stayed in the closet. It’s just not hot!  I love that GaGa is eccentric, independent, and always pulls off an amazing wardrobe.  But this one is ridiculous.  I get uncomfortable just looking at her.  I would go nuts with that thing on my face!  But, being a ‘Monster’ party, I guess looking like an insane vampire gone all wrong, she’s doing the right thing?  What do you think of GaGa’s latest fashion statement?
