Tila Tequila’s Bruises Don’t Matter To San Diego (photos)
With the money of the San Diego Chargers in play, Tila Tequila’s many bruises from the attack by her boyfriend, Shawne Merriman don’t mean squat. Th D.A. refuses to press any charges against Merriman and he will walk free, at least until Tila and her lawyer get the civil suit going.
I am glad that Tila isn’t letting this go. I don’t believe for a second that Merrian gave her those bruises by trying to restrain her from driving drunk. Give me a break. Compare their body sizes and there is NO way that Merriman would have had to bruise her up like that to keep her in place. Shawne Merriman is a woman beater. The truth will come out.

What a joke. How do you know what actually happened? Why did she have to file a citizen’s arrest? Because there was no signs of assault when she went to the police…now connect the dots.

Ok first, Shawne never said Tila was going to drive drunk. All he said in his statement was that she was intoxicated and wanted to get her a safe mode of transportation. That doesn’t necessarily mean she was going to drive! Tila put out the drunk driving part as a straw man argument that she could attack, remember that for later.
Second these bruises do not necessarily mean her story is true. It could also be that Shawne restrained her from leaving the house intoxicated, or that she faked the injuries as reported by channel 10 in San Diego who according to the station were told that by sources working with the investigation.
Third, it’s Tila against Shawne and witness and cops and paramedics. The only thing she has is her credibility and her bruises, which again could prove ether version. And sorry to say but her credibility is absolutely ZERO. So far in this investigation she’s lied (being “allergic to alcohol” after she was drinking on national TV and saw drinking that very night), acted childish instead of like a victim (trying to put “chargers suck” on trending topics”) , been deceitful (remember that straw man argument from before, insert it here) and libelous (accusing the DA of a coverup to protect the Chargers, even though this DA has previously brought charges against other football players). Sorry, but that’s enough to take anything she says with a grain of salt.
Ultimately, the DA spent 3 days reviewing the case and decided that there wasn’t enough evidence to even merit a trial, much less get a conviction out of a judge or a jury of his peer. No amount of tweeting about wild and crazy conspiracy theories are going to change that. It’s more likely that she’ll get hit with a libel suit if she keeps it up.
She is free to pursue a civil case but that also will probably get tossed unless there is some new evidence that appears.Maybe she can get together with Ben Roethlisberger’s civil suit accuser and start a new reality show “A Shot at Love 3 with 2 Crazy Lying Women”
Honestly, I love how people believed Rihanna got beaten up by Chris Brown, but not Tila Tequila got abused by Shawne Merriman. Come one people!
Of course bruises mean nothing to the DA…..when they are SELF INFLICTED!!!!

In her tweet, which she deleted, she said she was allergic to alcohol and that she can’t drink. She made NO mention of a specific liquor, just that she can’t drink. What a crock!
Kay, nothing was taken out of context. She herself said “I’m allergic to alcohol … I can’t drink” on twitter. Can’t as in the opposite of can. That’s very different from “I can drink but I can’t hold my alcohol very well” or “I’m an easy drunk”. And if what you’re saying is true and she does get intoxicated very easily that fits Shawne’s and the cops story perfectly.
