It’s Lily Allen!

Lily performed on the main stage at Bestival at Robin Hill Country Park on the Isle of Wight in England.  (Their website is really fun; you should check it out here. )   The festival celebrated its 5th anniversary with an outer space theme and Lily really got into the spirit.   With her mirrored dress and knee high boots she looks like she came from a sexed up Star Trek episode!
