It’s only been a year and a half and Emmy Rossum’s husband,  Justin Siegel, has filed for divorce. Wow.  That was quick.  And just for the record, I thought they were only in a relationship, not married! Um, yeah…..

Naturally, Siegel is citing irreconcilable differences and is going to mooch off of Emmy for spousal support.   Thankfully they have no children, so that will help keep things less messy.

The unhappy couple has been unofficially separated since August and Emmy has been seen hooking up with Adam Duritz (Counting Crows lead).

So, was this a case of cheating or is Emmy just on the rebound already?  I’m just mostly annoyed that Justin is going for spousal support.  He’s got his own dough, why does he need to be supported?  What a d-bag.
