Even though it’s already been widely reported that Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are having a boy, mom-to-be Gisele says that it’s just a rumor.  She says that she and Tom don’t even know the gender of their baby.

“We decided not to know. We will only know when it is born, in December. I want the emotion of finding out then if it is a boy or a girl.”

How old fashioned of them!  I actually don’t know anyone recently who hasn’t found out the gender of their baby.  I personally found it easier to know so that we could decide on a name.  Well, I’ll be looking forward to seeing whether they have a little Gisele or a little Tom!

Well, I knew this was coming, but hearing it announced makes it more real.   Kathryn Erbe, Vincent D’Onofrio and Eric Bogosian are all expected to be phased out of Law & Order:  Criminal Intent during the upcoming season, the show’s ninth.

Jeff Goldblum, whose style fits more with USA Network’s preference for “lighter fare,” will continue as the lead detective on the show.  Saffron Burrows will partner with him as a replacement for Julianne Nicholson, who recently left the show to have a baby.

Given all the cast and character changes on CI the last few seasons, Eames and Goren were the one stable, lasting element of the show.  The buzz is that D’Onofrio might be back occasionally in guest spots, but to me, this show will not be the same without Eames and Goren.   I better enjoy this last season with them while I can!

The Hills star, Audrina Patridge was spotted out with a hot, new guy in Beverly Hills at the Breadbar having lunch on Wednesday (Sept 23rd) .  So who is this hunk anyhow?  His name is Derek White and he’s a model and inventor of LiftKits.  These are shoe inserts to make you taller. Hmmmmm, so I guess he must be a shorty? Audrina, are you going for shorter guys? Probably not, Audrina and Derek are old friends that were just enjoying a meal together.  But hey, I think they make a hot couple!  Short or not, Derek is a babe.

Khloe Kardashian is all set to tie the knot tomorrow with the love of her life, Lamar Odom.  I have got to give the guy props!  He certainly knows how to pick out a nice ring.  Take a look at that rock!  Yeah it’s a whopping 9 karats!  I don’t know if my finger could handle that thing, I would probably injury myself or someone else.  But it looks amazing on Khloe’s hand.

I am excited for them.  Tomorrow is going to be amazing. I quickie wedding that will end up with a $1 million price tag can’t be all that shabby….  Did you see the invites?  Beautiful!  Klassy all the way……

Mischa Barton was in the works of making a comeback after her short stint in rehab and it well, that just crashed and burned.  The CW has cut filming for it’s new show, The Beautiful Life.  They only got a chance of a whole 2 episodes!  But, with only 1.1 million peeps watching, they pulled the plug.

The show was pretty much based on Ashton Kutcher’s modeling days and well, I guess no one really cared.  SO, lesson learned.  Don’t do Ahston Kutcher stuff!

Hopefully Mischa will pick up a new job on something a little more ‘sound.’  The girl needs to catch a good break.  Best of luck girl!

For now The CW will fill The Beautiful Life time slot with reruns of the new Melrose Place.  Maybe that will help boost Melrose ratings…..??

Poor Conan O’Brien.  Yesterday while he was filming The Tonight Show with guest star, Teri Hatcher he was racing her across the stage when he slipped and fell, hitting his head on the floor giving him a concussion.  Teri shared the experience,

“We did this bit and at the very end, when we ran in to cross the finish line, he slipped as he was crossing the finish line and hit his head.”

Conan is tall and that had to be a long fall!

“He didn’t get off floor right a way, but then he [seemed] like he recovered and [pulled] it together, and they did an instant replay, and you could really see his head hit the floor,” the actress said. “He did go to hospital and he does have a concussion.”

Conan was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and was cracking jokes all the way there.

“Last thing I remember I was enjoying the play with Mrs. Lincoln, and the next thing I knew I was in bed being served cookies and juice.”

So last night was a rerun and their is no word if Monday will be filmed or not.  I am sure that Conan will be back on his feet soon!  Get well!

I’m surprising myself yet again by writing these words, but check out how cute Rihanna looks!  Generally these 1980s flashback styles give me the shudders, but she’s definitely working it.  I especially like her shoes, and how they tie in with the sunglasses.   (They’re even Ray-Bans, how much more 80s can you get??)  Even her oddly highlighted hair and bright red lipstick (wrong color for her, alas) are authentic.

Brava, Rihanna!  If you keep up this positive fashion trend, I am going to have to find someone else to mock.

Colin Farrell and his model girlfriend, Alicja Bachleda, have only been dating for less than a year, but they are already expecting their first child together.Will Colin be making an honest woman out of his new girlfriend? If Alicja’s parents have anything to say about it he will.

“Alicja’s parents in Poland met Colin and liked him a lot,” says a source. “But they’re old-fashioned.”

I don’t know if this is ever going to happen. I don’t see Colin as the marrying and staying married kind of guy. He was married a few years ago, but only for a few months.

Says the source, “He’s crazy about Alicja, but he’s quite happy being single.”

Maybe Alicja’s parents will just have to be happy knowing the new baby will be taken care of for the rest of his or her life. Even if that means their daughter won’t be Mrs. Farrell.

He may have been a member of Swingers, and broken hearts in The Break Up, but Vince Vaughn is ready to settle down with fiancee Kyla Weber. Not only that, but he has kids on his mind, too!

While promoting his new movie, Couple’s Retreat, Vaughn talked about settling down.

“It’s the first time that I really want to have kids,”

“I’ve been very fortunate in my career, and my life has been about that for so long that you get bored of it. You’re ready for your life to be about other people and other things,” Vaughn said.

Isn’t it funny the things that come out of people’s mouths when they have a project to promote? It just so happens that in Couples Retreat Vince plays a married man with kids! Hmmm, how apropos.  No word on when his wedding will be.

Vince and his fiancee have been engaged since December 2008, and it was said he started thinking about proposing while filming Couples Retreat in Bora Bora. Maybe the movie really did do something to help him along.
