Katie Holmes and her daughter, Suri Cruise were out and about Boston on Monday (Sept 21st) doing some shopping while daddy, Tom Cruise was on set filming his latest flick, Wichita.  I love it when the girls get to have some girl time shopping, that is certainly healthy.  What isn’t so healthy is the fact the Suri is wearing peep toe high heels and her parents don’t seem to see that there is anything wrong with it.

“Suri’s very much like her mother.  She will not wear trousers, only dresses. I put a pair of trousers on her and turn and leave the room and straight away the trousers are off and a dress is on instead!

“The other day, Kate showed her some gold-colored sneakers thinking she might like to wear them, and she looked at them and said, ‘Oh mommy, these are lovely, but they’re boy shoes,’” he added. “She’s sweet, but she’s very strong-willed – just like her mother.”

Whatever Tom.  Suri is 3 years old and needs you and Katie to be in charge of her life still.  Little feet should not be wearing high heels.  Her muscles and bones are not developed enough and you are going to have some serious feet and back issues down the road for her to suffer from.  Not cool.  Aside from the fact that it’s creepy for a 3 year old to be in public wearing high heels.  Tom and Katie, get a grip on reality. Please.

These snaps taken by Derek Blanks of The Real Housewives of Atlanta are slightly extreme.  The ladies wanted to show their alter egos and I find them pretty interesting.   Kandi Burruss is going for a strong message against driving drunk after a family accident.  I get that.  But, what’s the stripper pose about?  We knew that NeNe Leakes was a stripper in the past. But, I thought that would be something you would want left in the past, not relived for all the world to see.  Then there is the laundromat shot with Kim Zolciak, that’s just kinky/weird.  Totally going for the Stepford Wives mistress appeal.

Anyhow, the crazy ladies never cease to amaze me with their antics, so why should this photo shoot be any different?  What do you think of the snaps?

Finally!  You have all been waiting a long time for the New Moon soundtrack and the time is almost here!  The Twilight Saga sequel soundtrack will be released on October 20th.  This will be a whole month before the movie hits theaters on November 20th.  Now you will be able to listen and get a visual in your head.

You guys made a lot of great suggestions here for what music you thought should be on this soundtrack.  But, this entire thing is original…all made for the movie.  That makes it that much better!

Plaxico Burress is behind bars today after being sentenced to two years in prison for the gun incident at a Manhattan night club where he shot himself in the leg.

Burress will only serve 20 months and then serve two years of probation when he leaves prison.

NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell has suspended Burress and will not allow him to sign with any team until he finished his time in prison.  Once he is out, Burress will be allowed to sign with any team and won’t have to go through any other loopholes.

Is is just me or did Plaxico Burress get shafted big time?  I am not a fan of Burress.  I think he is a total d-bag and doesn’t put his team first ever.  But, I am a little bothered that he got a prison sentence when Donte Stallworth gets drunk, drives, and ends up killing a pedestrian and doesn’t serve a day in jail.  Plaxico Burress shot HIMSELF in the leg.  HE didn’t kill anyone.  What kind of justice system is that?

Like most Mad Men fans, January Jones thinks that her co-star Christina Hendricks looks fantastic with her curves. She just hopes that Christina won’t lose them due to her pre-wedding diet.

“I think she looks beautiful. Her body is amazing,” Jones, 31, said at the Entertainment Tonight/PEOPLE Emmy after-party. “My only advice is to not go too far, because if she loses her curves it will be a very sad day.”

So just how is Hendricks, who plays the curvy Joan on Mad Men, getting into shape?

“I know that Christina has gone on a diet,” she said. “She already looks amazing, but you know, before you get married you want to look the absolute best. I don’t know what she’s doing.”

Hendricks won’t have to diet too much longer to fit into her Carolina Herrera wedding gown. She and fiance Geoffrey Arend are to be married on October 11th.

After being rushed to the hospital for possible alcohol poisoning, David Hasselhoff is ready for jury duty. Oh, and it wasn’t alcohol poisoning, his rep says it was an “ear infection.”

“This was all a misunderstanding,” Hasselhoff’s attorney Mel Goldsman says “David was being treated for an inner ear infection and had a bad reaction to his medication over the weekend. He lost his equilibrium and it left him dizzy. This was not an alcohol relapse. David was taken to Encino Hospital on Sunday and released within the hour. He’s fine now and looking forward to doing his jury duty this week.”

How do you go from saying your client is fine and did not go to the hospital due to alcohol to he’s ready for jury duty?

The Hoff and his rep may be saying that he went due an ear infection, but other reports are saying that it was once again his daughter called 911 because he had been drinking.

That’s right there’s a sequel already in the works for the upcoming film Sherlock Holmes. Rumor has it that Brad Pitt may play the legendary Sherlock Holmes villain Moriarty in the sequel!

Guy Ritchie’s adaptation of Sherlock Holmes won’t hit the big screen until Christmas, but Warner Bros is already developing a sequel.

According to Risky Business, Kieran and Michele Mulroney have been hired to pen a draft for a continuation. The brother screenwriting team wrote the imaginary Superhero coming-of-middle-age dramedy Paper Man which premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival and the dumped DC Comics live-action film Justice League: Mortal. Michael Robert Johnson, Anthony Peckham, Lionel Wigram and Simon Kinberg all worked on the screenplay for the first film.

This isn’t surprising news as the project has been groomed as a potential franchise. Last month, it was rumored that Brad Pitt had filmed some scenes as Holmes’ nemesis Moriarty during a set of secret reshoots, but Warner Bros denied these claims. The character does make a breif cameo appearance in the first film, setting up a potential sequel, but those who know claim the character remains in the shadows and cannot be recognized.

We assumed the previous rumor was a complete fabrication but, The Hollywood Reporter now claims that Brad Pitt has in fact had discussions with producers to play Moriarty in the developing sequel, though there is no deal in place as of yet. Pitt starred in Ritchie’s second feature film Snatch.

If these rumors turn out to be true, it would be an instant mega-hit, undoubtedly. Brad Pitt obviously has the star power, but him playing a major villain like this would be an even bigger draw. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see with fingers crossed.

Johnny Depp‘s interest in starring in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides has dropped substantially due to the resignation of Disney chairman Dick Cook.

Johnny Depp also shared his reaction about Dick Cook leaving the studio with the Los Angeles times. Depp said he is “shocked and very sad” because Cook was the reason he signed on to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” films and that Cook was his biggest supporter when other executives didn’t agree with how Depp was playing the role on set. He also commented on the fourth “Pirates” movie, which Cook revealed just last week would be titled Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and be released Summer 2011:

As for the fourth planned “Pirates” movie, Depp said while he has a potential deal in place that will depend on how good the script is, his passion for the project at the moment has been severely dampened by the news that Cook will no longer be around.

“There’s a fissure, a crack in my enthusiasm at the moment,” Depp said. “It was all born in that office.”

Well lets hope the script turns out well enough for Johnny to do the movie, otherwise Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides can be considered dead in the water.

Pretty cool looking commercial, I love all the greenery. This is just the beginning of the massive marketing campaign with Avatar and the Panasonic brand name. Next year it’s 3D TVs.
