Kate Hudson has been seen around New York spending time with new boyfriend NY Yankee, Alex Rodriguez. Pair that with her comfortable dressing, and you have baby rumors.

Don’t go buying her a new Diaper Genie just yet, Kate Hudson’s rep says that the baby news, is all rumor.

‘She is not pregnant.’

That’s pretty succinct.

Kate has one son, Ryder, with her ex-husband, The Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson from who she divorced in 2007.  Robinson is expecting a baby with his girlfriend  Allison Bridges next year.
