The Real Housewives Of New Jersey – Danielle Staub Sued For Rape Scandal
Danielle Staub from The Real Housewives of New Jersey is being sued by her ex-husband, Kevin Maher for defamation and infliction of emotional stress. Danielle gave People Magazine some serious dirt on the dbag back in June (09).
Danielle Claims that:
- He raped her on a bed of broken glass
- He “inserted his handgun inside [Danielle]” and played Russian Roulette
- He murdered her dog by hanging it
Kevin Maher has received a lot of threats to his well being since the article was released.
Wow. I think that these accusations are sick and well, he needs to pay if there is any truth to them. I can’t imagine why Danielle would make up something like this, something so wrong. I can’t help but take her side.
I hope that the L.A. Superior Court, where Maher filed papers yesterday (October 8th) laughs him out of court.

Get real. You can’t believe Danielle Staub would make up a lie? Her whole life is a lie. On the RHONJ she said the only two things that are true in my book, Cop Without a Badge, was that she changed her name and got arrested. Danielle Staub was a prostitute, probably still is a prostitute and probably will always be a prostitute and is a convicted fellon on a charge that carried a twenty year prison sentence. United States District Court in Florida substantiated every one of my allegations against Danielle Staub/Beverly Merrill/Angela Mineli/Beverly Maher/Danielle Maher. Question Jennifer: Why didn’t your pal, Danielle, file rape, sexual molestation charges and dog cruelty charges when these three allegations happened over twenty years ago when this allegedly took place? Anyone seeing or reading the facts about Danielle Staub would have no problem beleiving that she can make up any type of lie. All three of the allegations she falsely made against me are all serious felonies, punishable by over twenty years in prison.

Also you married her knowing who she was and unfortunately we don`t see the darker side of sicko`s until it`s to late and the ring is on the finger and there is no escape.

I just wanted to give you an update, Danielle Staub was successful in getting my lawsuit thrown out of LA Superior court only to have it put in LA Federal court. On 1/4/10, Danielle Staub’s motion to have the case dismissed and her motion to move the case to New Jersey were both denied by a Federal Supreme Court Justice. Looks like he didn’t see things your way and my Attorney will soon be taking her deposition. SORRY TO DISSAPOINT YOU. I will be sure to update you as my case progresses.

I just wanted to send you a letter to tell you to hang in there. Women tend to make up outrageous lies like this when things don’t go their way. I’ve been through it. My ex once accused me of meeting my own children after we broke up a few years ago. There was absolutely no truth to it and if there were she should have her head examined for continuing to send the kids to me 90% of the time so she could go out and party. I honestly think that if and when the ridicous claims she has made about you are proven to be false she should be charged criminally for this. Unfortunately far too many women do this with absolutely no reprocutions! Why not? If a man is accused of some of the things you and I have been accused of it doesn’t matter if we have done them or not people tend to look at us differently
and treat us like criminals. And I don’t ble them. Nobody wants to take a chance on letting heir kids around people
accused of such things just in case there is the slightest chance it’s true! So women should make sure things are true before making them public or face criminal charges! Enough is enough! I hope Kevin, that you win and she gets what she deserves! I watched her on tv and it’s very easy to see she is unstable and a comets liar! Goodmluck Kevin. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I just happened to see a episode of this TV show one day when my wife asked me about this book (Cop Without a Badge) because we have it and read it. I personally know Kevin and have dealt with him on a daily basis, and by no means has he ever come off as a liar and has alwatys been sincere and passionate about everything he does in life. On the other hand this lady is all about the MONEY!!!!!!! And would do or say anything to have it, and her various mugshots and arrests prove his side without a doubt.

Kevin, you are taking Danielle to court for what she has said about you. What about what you are saying about her. You call her a prostitute, convicted fellon, pathological liar. You are implying she is still a prostitute. You said she is a convicted fellon, she has never been to jail.Probation is not the same as jail. You said she is a pathological liar, has she been professionaly diagnosed? You like to throw things out about her but you don’t want her to comment about you. I think what she is tellin is the truth & you just don’t want it out in the open. Danielle’s story has always been the same. Words have never changed. I think you are just trying to get more publicly for the show they are doing about your book. Danielle has just told the story the way it happened in her eyes. As for Mike Lacelle. Just because your exwife made allegations against you doesn’t mean every exwife is this way. I am divorced & believe me I have never told a lie about my ex. He ran aroung on me. Beat me & our daughter. She was 6 mon. When I filed he beged me to stay. Said he would have his friends go to court tell lies about me. I said fine I will get witnesses who will tell the truth. All I wanted was a quiet simple divorce. Guess what? We went to court (he didn’t show) I brought out the truth. I got full custody, & her got no visitation. He made the comment he wanted to be the one to break her in when she was 16. The judge didn’t like the things I brought up. The truth. Don’t put all women in the same catagory. I didn’t go out & party I raised my child.She turned out to be a great person. Who has raised 2 great children.

Over 20 yrs ago women didn’t file charges because nothing would be done to the men. I tried a couple of times. They always backed the men. I’m standing there w/a black eye & scratches. Nothing. So you see if see even if she called the police about what you did to her & her dog nothing would have happened to you. Even when I called about our daughter. Nothing. They use to always side w/men. Times have changed though. Now women have some protection. I will say there are some women who make it hard on the ones who really are in trouble. Some women will file false reports on men. I have known some in the past who would do this. I am no longer in touch w/people like that. Men have also done the same thing. So both of you men On BOTH sides there are liers.

Of course you would back Kevin. You are his friend. I’m sure Danielle could get her friends to back her. I wouldn’t believe anything you say about him. Cause that’s what “friends” do. I don’t know either one. Don’t really care that much about Danielle but I will say I believe her story. I’m pretty good @ reading people & on this I will say she comes across telling the truth. When I first saw Kevin had no idea who he was just saw a picture. I said “I don’t know who this man is but I wouldn’t trust him or believe any thing he says”. Later when I did find out about him my son told me I said “Don’t believe him he looks like a crook to me”.
I guess now if he could find me I’d be sued.
Watching the NJHW and seeing Danielle in action, I think she loves to play the poor innocent who only got into trouble when young and stupid. The company she keep on the show alone shows she likes the crimminal element aka Danny the ex-con. Everything this women says gets contradicted by one source or another over and over again. She has a lawyer on retainer and how many cases in the works because of untruths. I have no problems believeing her ex and feel he should be vindicated if the claims are false, this is pretty bad stuff she’s spreading. I dont think the man women ussue is the problem its the speading of lies that are hurting many people.
People who back Danielle are absolutely delusional. You can look at the court documents from her arrest in 1986 and see that she is a convicted felon. She received probation instead of prison time because she testified against her two co-conspirators. One of the co-conspirators who I might add paid off a 100k to keep her out of trouble with a drug cartel.
How can anyone take a woman seriously who has changed her name 3 times in the last 25 years? Who changes their name unless they’re running from something? She accused the father of her children of not paying alimony or child support, both claims which were proven false. She claimed she never involved in the kidnapping nor did she pistol whip the person that had been kidnapped, both claims have also been proven false. She says she was a model with Ford agency at the time and yet Ford has no record of a Danielle Staub, Angela Minneli (alias), or Beverly Merrill (birth name) having ever worked for them. She claimed she was arrested in a 30 room mansion, it was actually a 2 bedroom clapboard house that was used a Columbian cartel safehouse. She even lies in her own interviews and her book. There was three different stories out there about her birth parents…stories SHE TOLD. This woman is several different shades of crazy.
But yeah, believe her. She’s on television and people on the magical talking box never lie.
You made me laugh out loud. Seriously. You can watch Danielle for ten minutes in any interview with anyone and she changes to meet what she thinks they need but they are only interviewing her cause she is the “crazy” train wreck that keeps people tuned in. And every time she invites them for drinks, lunch, renovate her house and they all politely decline. Keven Maher may have some things in his past but I don’t believe that Danielles stories are any of them. He’s challenged her to a lie detector- what more do you want? We watched her lie through the entire season 2. Yuck! And women who lie about abuse in their relationships make it harder for women like myself to be taken seriously when we lived it first hand. It’s down right offensive.
