There is always a lot of drama on the MTV series, Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins.  But, this week had a little extra courtesy of Shauvon.  The 24 year old busty blonde who we first met on the Real World: Sydney, made a huge belly flop in the water and popped her boob implant….or so she thought

“I’m not kidding, it’s, like, burning.  I think I popped my f***ing implant.”

Of course medical jumped in the scene and rushed Shauvon and her injured boob to the hospital.  Fortunately, her boobs are fine.  But she did suffer some tissue and nerve damage which forced her to leave the show.

Get well soon, Shauvon!  I am sure we will see you back on the next ‘Challenge.’
