No, I’m not about to compliment her, but for Bai Ling, this outfit is actually kind of NORMAL.  Our Lady Of Crazy showed up at An Evening Of Innovation And Inspiration In The Forbidden City in a black see-through lace mini-dress and blue pumps.  The dress is not quasi-artfully ripped in strategic places.  All her relevant body parts are covered up.  There’s not even really the possibility of a nip slip here.  And the blue highlights in her hair match her shoes!  Oh, Bai Ling, this is just too precious.  Thank goodness you are fondling the Chinese lion.  Otherwise I might not even know it was you.
