There has been a lot of debate as to whether or not Real Housewife of NYC,  Bethenny Frankel is engaged to her man, Jason Hoppy or not.  Well, they weren’t ever engaged. That is until October 8th when Jason popped the question at her apartment when she got home from work.

When Bethenny opened the door, she found 100 lit candles and rose petals everywhere. Her pup, Cookie was even dressed for the occasion in a pink bow.  Jason got on one knee and said,

“You are the love of my life. Will you marry me?”

Awwww, I am a sucker for tradition.

Jason slipped a huge rock on her little finger.  Her gorgeous ring is 8 carats (pictured below)!  Wow!  The cute couple is enjoying the engagement and will set a date soon,

“It feels great, because I’m with the right person,” says Frankel, 38. “He’s may be regretting it because it’s been beyond a week and he’s in panic mode – [but] no, we’re enjoying it.”

“She is very much a handful but one thing she did say to me is she needs a man that can handle her and that I can.”

Congrats to the happy couple. It’s about time!
