Avril Lavigne and her husband Deryck Whibley have been separated for about six weeks now. We already knew he’d moved on, but this is a little too much. Avril just filed for divorce like three minutes ago and Deryck is already out skanking it up in public with his new woman, Hanna Beth Merjos.

I think you need to cut him some slack- Avril’s been out partying with numerous guys for months. She’s the one who kicked him out of the house and the one who filed for divorce. Good for him, I say-time to move on.
Also in 2008 Deryck was rumored to be with a woman while Avril was on tour, so perhaps Avril finally realized the love was gone and finally decided to end the marriage. And Avril never kicked Deryck out of the house, Avril in fact gave the house to Deryck, and that house happens to be a 10 million dollar mansion, with only just over a million left to pay off the house completely, and since Deryck made over 5 million in 2008 he has a house he can pay off in no time at all. And Deryck moved on so quickly, so I don’t see why we should I cut him any slack?
