When Salma Hayek coupled up with her now husband Francois-Henry Pinault she had no idea about his Christmas time habits. No, not his gift giving, but his food! Salma has traded turkey for oysters for Christmas dinner.

“Eating oysters for Christmas is a weird one I didn’t know about. I had no idea that would be happening. I’m used to turkey. Its going to take some getting used to.”

I wonder if that’s a European habit or if it’s just a Francois-Henry tradition.

The couple were married on Valentine’s Day (February 14) this year, 2009 and have a daughter, Valentina Paloma.
