American Idol winner, Kris Allen was down in Miami Florida yesterday (October 23rd) at Land Shark Stadium before he performed at the Miami Dolphins‘ tailgate party.

How cute is Kris in his jersey and helmet?  Do you think his wife is hating the fact he had NFL cheerleaders all over him?

Are you ready for Kris’ debut album coming out on November 17th?  I can’t wait for it! The dude has been working so hard, it’s going to be great!

Rebecca Gayheart is really starting to show.  That bump looks great on her! Today Rebecca was spotted arriving at the Beverly Hills Hotel today (October 23rd).   The weather was perfect and Rebecca was glowing.  I am think that all of the scandals she and her husband, Eric Dane having been dealing with are finally behind them.  This baby is bringing a whole new chapter to life for the happy couple.

Here’s the poster series for the much anticipated upcoming sequel Toy Story 3 from Pixar Animation.

Given Pixar’s track record, I expect this movie to be great. With a world so completely set up the film can just jump right into the story and hopefully wow us along the way.

/Film reader Dr. Malo sent over the first official photo from Joe Carnahan’s big screen adaptation of The A-Team. The film stars Bradley Cooper as Lt. Templeton ‘Faceman’ Peck, Liam Neeson as Col John ‘Hannibal’ Smith, Sharlto Copley as Capt. ‘Howling Mad’ Murdock, and Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson as Sgt Bosco ‘B.A.’ Baracus. The film is currently in production, aiming for a June 11th 2010 release.

Looks pretty cool, I’m hoping it’s a really tight action film that doesn’t rely too heavily on referencing the old show.

That’s right, Saw VI has been banned from theatrical release in the country of Spain where it’s considered as bad as pornography.

The country of Spain has decided that the Saw movies are just a little too violent for their liking. The country has placed a ban on the film, giving it the same rating as pornos!

In this sixth edition of the franchise, the serial killer is back on the hunt for his prey. The gruesome scenes in the movie proved to be too much for the Spanish Culture Ministry’s Film Institute, who have made the unprecedented move of handing the film an X rating.

The rating means the picture will miss out on a nationwide release – as there are only eight theaters in the country that are licensed to show ‘pornographic’ material.

The film’s distributors at Buena Vista have lodged an appeal against the rating. The Saw franchise had been successful in Spain in the past, with the last two movies earning more than $6 million at the box office.

Makes total sense to me, I like that some places still have strict rules on gruesome material. Had I seen the types of things that are allowed in R-Rated movies now when I was a kid, I’d have been deeply effected. Kids nowadays are desensitized to all this violence.

This isn’t the first Real Housewife to lose her home. NeNe Leakes, Lisa Wu-Hartwell and Lynne Curtin have been having their own set of problems keeping their homes.

It is now Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s turn.  Her mortgage company is in the process of repossessing her dream home.  The house is in both her and her husband’s name.  The couple must have some serious financial difficulties.  The fact that they can’t cover the payments between the two of them is surprising. I guess we don’t need to envy the salary of reality TV stars, huh?

Pharmacist Ira Freeman testified in court on Thursday (October 22) that he refused to fill a prescription request in September 2006 for Anna Nicole Smith saying it would have resulted in “pharmaceutical suicide.”

On September 15 2006, Freeman received prescription requests from psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, just four days after Smith’s son passed away. The prescriptions he received included painkillers, muscle relaxants and one that was eight times the recommended dosage of Dalmane, a hypnotic sedative.

“If she got ahold of these medications, it could have fatal consequences,” he told a judge in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles hearing is to determine whether or not Anna Nicole Smith’s psychiatrist, Eroshevich, her former boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, and an another unnamed doctor should stand trial on federal charges of conspiring to supply an addict with dangerous drugs through fraudulent means.

Anna Nicole Smith eventually died, five months later, of a prescription drug overdose.

Lisa Niemi, the widow of Patrick Swayze will be breaking her public silence next Tuesday (October 27) by speaking out in a discussion on Grief, Healing and Resilience at the Women’s Conference 2009 in Long Beach, CA.  Lisa and Patrick met as teenagers at his mom’s dance studio and were married for 34 years.

It was Lisa who proved a “pillar of strength” during the trying past year, her brother-in-law Don told PEOPLE. United in their focus to overcome Swayze’s pancreatic cancer and, as ever, spend his last days by each other’s sides, the couple maintained a fierce determination right up until Swayze’s death.

The Women’s Conference is hosted by Maria Shriver, who also lost her mother Eunice Shriver, and her uncle Ted Kennedy this summer. The goal of the conference is to encourage women from all areas of life to be “educated, inspired and empowered to be Architects of Change in their own lives, within their communities and around the world.”

There is a major upheaval going on right now. The USA network has fired two of it’s biggest stars on Law & Order: Criminal Intent.  Vincent D’Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe (Goren and Eames) have been handed their walking papers.  After you see them in the 2-part season 9 premiere, they will be gone.

I can’t believe that they aren’t even giving the fans a whole season to ‘say their goodbyes’, they only get 2 episodes.  Jeff Goldblum will now headline the show solo.  I am a Goldblum fan, but this can’t be the same show without Kate and Vince.
