Here’s the trailer for the upcoming stop-motion animated film Mary and Max.

This movie looks charming and fun, I love stop-motion animation. I’m really glad this type of movie still exists, there’s no CGI that can compare with the raw hands-on feel of stop-motion.

Here’s the brand new poster for the upcoming comedy Youth in Revolt starring Michael Cera.

This movie will probably be hysterical, at least that’s what I’m hoping. Michael Cera is a really funny guy, hopefully the script is high quality, it’s release date gives me doubts. January releases tend to be throw-away kinds of films.

Well it’s a fact that Dylan Baker is returning for Spider-Man 4, but will he make his fated transformation into The Lizard?

Baker is coming back for another go around in the Spider-Man film franchise.

You may recall that he appeared in the most recent two Spider-Man films as Dr. Curt Connors, the man who – as per the comics at least – is fated to turn into Spidey’s scaly foe, The Lizard.

A source for UGO was there at the Q&A, and reported on Baker and Dougherty’s comments. There seemed to be some joking going on, helping to keep the truth about Baker’s role rather fuzzy. Though we don’t know what size of role Baker is up for this time, I think we can be sure that it’s true he’s had the call and he’s coming back to the Empire State University for more.

By the 4th film you would think they could have him go through the transformation, Spidey needs better foes than last go-around. In any case Baker returning is good news, hopefully it will be his big villainous debut!

Here are some new images and details on the new trailer for the upcoming James Cameron film Avatar.

First off, this trailer has a lot of the same footage already in the first teaser. It was only about halfway through that I realized that this was the new trailer. This one has a lot more plot in it, they introduce the female Na’vi character and the romance between her and the main character. We get to see a lot of cool images, like the evil human general character (I’m assuming he’s evil) in a giant mech destroying things, but with a cup of coffee in his hands. We also get glimpses of the Michelle Rodriguez character (she says something along the lines of, “We’re going up against machines and all we’ve got are sticks!” so I’m assuming she joins the good guys) and some of the other Na’vi.  I don’t remember too many of the other details. Overall though, this trailer had a much more epic feel to it. I was one of the many who was disappointed when the teaser was revealed, but this has brought my hype level up.

The new trailer sounds like it’s much better than the first one. With only a couple months before it’s release, it’s about time they start making people genuinely excited about it. Check it out in theaters this weekend and online next week!

I didn’t see the first film, but it was well received by the public as well as critics. I’m sure the kids will be thrilled at the release of this one.

Here’s a first look at the upcoming film The A-Team from Entertainment Tonight.

Its good to see all of them in costume, and it really feels like this movie is going to actually work. It’s been a long time coming and it looks like the actors are up to the task.

Carnie Wilson is yet another celebrity getting her own reality series.  This one will be on GSN, Carnie Wilson: Unstapled.

The reality show will premiere on January 14th.  The Newlywed Game host is loved by GSN viewers and that helped get her this gig.  Carnie is more than ready for this new adventure in reality TV,

“I am thrilled to be working with GSN on my new series. I have so much fun doing The Newlywed Game, and I love to engage my fans and let them know about what’s happening in my life.  I know there are so many people going through the same stages of life that I’m experiencing, and this new series gives us a great opportunity for an honest and lively give-and-take.”

It’s time once again for the competition to heat up on So You Think You Can Dance.  The top 20 this season are an amazing group that have already set the bar very high.  In the mix we’ve got 3 tappers, 3 hip-hop dancers and bunch of contemporary dancers.

Monday night you can see the 20 finalists compete as couples on FOX and then on Tuesday night 2 will be eliminated on the 2-hour special.

Lamar Odom and his newlywed family of Kardashians were at the Kitson store in Los Angeles for the launch of Rich Soil yesterday (October 21st).  This launch was for Lamar’s clothing line, but he seemed a bit lost in the mix of Kardashian women. But, hey what’s new right?  The guy knew what he was getting into.
