The new Michael Jackson’s This Is It Documentary film has sold out worldwide.

Over 1,600 screenings have sold out around the world, two weeks ahead of its release, and experts predict it will bring in nearly $250,000 million dollars.

The film is set to open on October 28th for two weeks only in Los Angeles, London, New York and Berlin, Germany.

The movie has already sold out more than 1,000 showtimes on Fandango alone. It’s currently the top-selling film on Fandango, representing 27% of weekly ticket sales on the site.

“Advance tickets for This Is It are selling at an extraordinary pace,” says Rick Butler, Chief Operating Officer for Fandango. “Theater owners are posting additional showtimes on multiple screens to meet the demand.

“At this point in the film’s sales cycle, This Is It is outpacing Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Star Trek as one of our top pre-sellers of the year.”

I doubt that means you can’t still get tickets at the right theaters, it just means that pre-sales are all done. But I could be wrong. I know I’m not rushing out to see it, besides, I think we all know it’s going to be extended for more than two weeks. Especially if it makes that estimated $250,000 opening weekend.

Us Weekly is reporting that former Bachelor babe, Melissa Rycroft has the Swine Flu (H1N1).  Poor thing.  That ugly bug is really getting around these days…

“I am indeed recovering from a bout of the H1N1 flu virus,” the former Bachelor star, 26, tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. “Like most people who become infected, I thought I had a mild case of the common flu, but when my symptoms exacerbated, I immediately went to the hospital where I was diagnosed with H1N1 and given the proper medications to cure the infection.”

Melissa wants to help everyone understand how easy it is to get over this dreaded flu if you take the rights steps like she did,

“I want to stress to people how easy it is to battle this flu when you take the proper steps such as seeking the care of a doctor,” she tells Us. “I’m a clear case that by paying diligent attention to your health, it’s easy to overcome this illness and be healthy again.”

Well thank you girl for the tips.  I am glad you are doing better! Keep resting and get on with those wedding plans!  I’ll bet her man, Tye Strickland is taking great care of her…..

Bachelorette, Trista Sutter has gone and done it again.  After having her first baby, Trista got her body back after hard work.  But she did it.  Well, this second time around Trista had 10 more pounds than the last time but she has lost it all.  Those 50 pounds are gone and Trista’s bikini body is better than ever.

I am so proud of her!  That is tough to do.  I know a lot of moms that haven’t lost there weight after years of ‘trying’.  But Trista is only 6 months post Blakesley and she looks amazing!

Trista dished to Life & Style about the process of transformation the second time around,

“It was harder to lose weight this time around. I gained 10 more pounds this time”

“I’m in mommy mode all day long, so to have an hour to myself four times a week to just
sweat it out is a little relief for me.”

“My routine is a mix of cardio and interval resistance training.  For obvious reasons, my abs were the one area that didn’t jump right back into position after I had Blakesley, so I’m still really focused on working on them and getting more toned,” she says. “I want to put on even more lean muscle and replace the fatty tissue.”

Ok ladies, are you taking notes?  Trista Sutter knows what she’s talking about.  This girl has a proven method!  I give you HUGE kudos, Trista!  Thank you for being an inspiration!  You are amazing.  Your family is beautiful!

There is a new heated debate in the fashion industry.  The French edition of Vogue magazine, the bible of fashion has pulled a stunt that most aren’t taking lightly.

Dutch model Lara Stone is pictured with her face plastered in dark brown make-up for this less than normal fashion shoot.  There is no explanation as to why she was turned to ‘black face’ for this shoot.  There are other pictures in the spread where she’s wearing her own white skin, and and then some of her covered in  white clay, wearing random and hats.

The magazine’s editor, Carine Roitfeld doesn’t see anything wrong and hasn’t commented on the outrage.

The organization’s president Dominique Sopo made a statement in Vogue’s defense,

‘If the aim was artistic, and not to pass off the model as a black girl, the fact that it produces such reactions shows that the world of images is now paying for its long tradition of not allowing black people to show their bodies in public.’

Ummm…k?  That still explains nothing.

OMG.  All of the internet world is freaking out about John McCain’s daughter, Meghan McCain and her recent Twit Pic she posted on Twitter.

Meghan was reading an Andy Warhol book wearing  a busty tank top, sporting some major cleavage.  Apparently she’ not allowed to post pictures like the rest of Twitter users do.  Who makes the rules anyhow?

Well, Meghan is considering deleting her Twitter account (like Miley Cyrus did) after all of the harassment she has gone through since posting the sexy picture.

Here is the rundown of Meghan McCain’s Twitter posts,

so I took a fun picture not thinking anything about what I was wearing but apparently anything other than a pantsuit I am a slut, this is why I have been considering deleting my twitter account, what once was fun now just seems like a vessel for harassment

Pamela Anderson is back to being a Baywatch babe.  Well, for one day anyhow.  Pammy slipped into that famous one piece that we all know and love in Miami Beach for the Funkshion Fashion Week.  She worked the runway for Richie Rich’s A*MUSE fashion in the Setai hotel and the whole world noticed.

I’m not feeling the freaky masks, never been a fan of those things.  But I will give Pam Anderson props for fitting into that suit after all these years and two kids…nice work, girl.  Don’t get to excited for a Baywatch movie, Pam says she’ll never do it.

What is it about Lady Gaga that is inspiring artists? It was announced that the Paparazzi singer will be a part of an art performance piece presented by the prestigious Bolshoi Ballet and artist Francesco Vezzoli.

The piece will be a part of the Los Angeles’ Museum of Contemporary Art’s 30th anniversary gala. Artist Vezzoli is convinced the piece it will be a “surreal dream”.

He says of the upcoming performance, “They (MoCA organisers) basically offered me a social ritual as a blank canvas to be turned into an artwork. Some artists might see this as a nightmare, but for me it’s like a surreal dream, and in true surreal style I wanted to mix together the youngest and most daring pop icon, Lady Gaga, with the oldest and most classically trained group of dancers in the world, the Bolshoi Ballet.

The output will be flawlessly imperfect and unpredictable, just like any overambitious happening should be”.

Performance art IS Lady Gaga. Much like Dita von Teese, there is no stage for the persona she has created. She IS this new person all the time, and is always performing. The partnering of Gaga with art and the ballet, though obviously used to grab interest in MoCA’s anniversary, is a PERFECT combination and I cannot wait to see what they all come up with.

It’s the end of the road for Jon & Kate Plus 8.  TLC has officially cancelled the show.  After November, there won’t be another fresh episode.

The filming has already been halted but the network will be using already captured footage to get through November.

I doubt that Kate Gosselin will be able to do Kate Plus 8 (the show TLC wanted to do instead) at any point because Jon Gosselin isn’t likely to give in and let the show go on without him.  So, what will they do for money now?
