OMG.  Are you kidding me?  Here we go again with another sexual scandal with another middle aged  male celebrity.  We aren’t even done processing the David Letterman scandal and now we’ve got Dr. Phil McGraw involved in a crazy @ss sexual lawsuit.

TMZ is reporting that Dr. Phil is being sued by Shirley Dieu, a former therapy patient of his.  Dieu is claiming that Dr. Phil  ”held her captive inside his production offices, forced her to stare at a naked man and then grabbed her left breast.”  Shirley Dieu filed the suit today (October 7th) in the L.A. County Superior Court.

In the docs, Shirley claims Phil forced her to “be in the same room with a completely naked live man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all.”

Dieu claims she tried to get away but “was blocked by the staff to prevent her from leaving.”

She is also claiming that Dr. Phil “touched her left breast during her therapy session.”

This ‘therapy’ gone wrong was back in 2007, so I am wondering why Shirley Dieu waited this long to do something about it.  I don’t know what to believe at this point.  I am going to have to see how Dr. Phil McGraw handles this and see if Shirley Dieu can present any evidence and a good reason why she waited to press charges.

IF this story Shirley is telling is honest, I am so creeped out by what Dr. Phil did.  That is disgusting! I wonder what Robin McGraw (Dr. Phil’s wife) has to say about all of this.  I am figure she will ‘support’ him no matter what, just to save face.

Life can be so hard for a movie star, especially for those in the Twilight series. Taylor Lautner had to make a a few sacrifices in order to get the cut body he’ll be showing off in the newest Twilight films, Eclipse and New Moon.  But what does he miss the most?

“I really miss ice cream,” Lautner said. “My favourite flavor is actually cake batter. It’s really good but I can’t have it. It’s torture.”

Torture? I don’t know if I would go that far. But then, I’m not the one who had to give up my favorite treat in order to get a smoking hot body for a steady acting gig in a nearly guaranteed hit movie.

On Monday (October 5), Nicole Richie was driving her car when she was rear ended by a paparazzo.

Following the accident, Nicole was taken to the hospital complaining of some pain. Luckily, she has since returned home with no major injuries.

As for the photog who hit her?

The photographer, Eduardo Arrivebene, was arrested and charged with driving without a license. He has since been released on $1,225  bail.

Luckily, Nicole’s two children with boyfriend Joel Madden, Harlow and Sparrow were not in the car at the time of the accident.

Gossip Girl couple, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley may be making time on and off the set, so does that mean that we should expect them to be getting married any time soon?  There may have been some chatter about the twosome getting engaged recently but it’s all just wishful thinking.

Blake Lively’s rep shot the marriage rumors down simply saying

“(It’s) untrue.”

The Gossip Girl co-stars have known each other for years but only started dating after working together in 2007.

Is it safe to say that last night’s results show on Dancing With the Stars was a tad disappointing?  I of course wasn’t surprised when Tom Delay quit.  That was already announced, so that was just a formality.  But, when they decided to still eliminate another couple, from America’s votes, I was let down.  I don’t like to see the numbers dwindle so fast and well, there was already an elimination by Tom quitting, so was it really necessary to boot Debi Mazar and Maksim Chmerkovskiy? Ugh, it should have been like a second chance for Debi!  I wonder if she knew that she would be going?

Oh well, I guess I will get over it and look forward to next week.  As long as my girl, Kelly Osbourne stays I am good!

New York Jets‘ QB, Mark Sanchez might just look a little better now.  The Jets traded with the Cleveland Browns for  Braylon Edwards this morning (October 7th) as their go-to guy when they need a man in the open stretches.

The Cleveland Browns gave up Braylon Edwards for receiver Chansi Stuckey, special-teams’Jason Trusnik, as well as 2 other picks they haven’t revealed yet.

It’s about time we actually heard Beyonce talk about what Kanye West did to Taylor Swift at the VMAs on her behalf.  Apparently, Beyonce knew it was coming,

“Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he’s like, ‘You have this award.”

“When they didn’t call my name he was, like, completely shocked,” Knowles, 28, added. “And when he walked on the stage, I was like, ‘No, no, no!’ and then he spoke, and I was like, ‘Oh, no, no, no!’ ”

“In the end, it ended up being a great night, and Taylor Swift did get her moment – and I didn’t have to make an acceptance speech.”

Okay, so now that I know that Beyonce knew that Kanye intended to do that, I think she was wrong letting it happen at all.  She almost sounded like she was justifying what he did!  And furthermore, she should have stood up when it was happening and told him to sit down. She was the only person that could have gotten through to him.  Oh well now though.  At least the entire world got to see the real Kanye West and hey, his concert was canceled because he couldn’t even sell tickets! AND, the President of the United States called him a jackass!  Love it!  Karma baby.
