Joe Jackson Wants An Allowance From Michael’s Estate

Joe Jackson Receives A Celebrity Star At Brendan Theatres

Michael Jackson’s father Joe Jackson has asked a judge to provide him with an allowance from his son’s estate.  He claims that Michael supported him for many years and that he’s entitled to continue to be supported after his son’s death.  Why does he need this money?

…his expenses exceed $20,000 per month, but his income from U.S. Social Security is a mere $1,700.

Boo freakin’ hoo.  Here’s an idea:  stop spending so much money!

Michael left his money to a trust that benefited his mother Katherine Jackson, his children, and various charities.  His father claims that

When the estate’s administrators sought court approval for an allowance to help Katherine Jackson pay her expenses, they excluded Joe Jackson “without cause and for no apparent reason.”

Does he really think there was no reason or cause?  Joe was abusive to his son and Michael had said he didn’t want his father to take custody of his kids if something were to happen to him.

Personally I think that Joe has dollar signs in his eyes after seeing the immense success of This Is It,and he wants to make sure he gets his hands on some of that money.  How sad that Michael’s own family continues to try to exploit him, even after his death.
