Holidays seem to bring out the romantic side of people. Including Bradley Cooper. The actor has been dating Renee Zellweger for the past few months, and is ready to pop the question! He’s said to have already bought the ring, but will only ask Renee to marry him if his mom gives the OK.

“It’s very serious,” a source said. “As soon as his mom gives the sign off, he’s going to propose.

“Renee’s and Bradley’s previous marriages [to Kenny Chesney and Jennifer Esposito, respectively] both ended after only four months. They have that in common — it’s one of the things that brought them together.”

While I think it’s sweet that Bradley respects his mom’s opinion, I don’t think it would be good thing to base a new relationship on how your last marriage ended.
