TMZ is reporting that Mike Tyson has just been arrested at LAX airport for attacking a paparazzo outside the United Airlines terminal.

Mike Tyson punched the pap in the face leaving a bloody mess.  After the pap was hit, he fell to the ground, then got up and walked away with a trail of blood following him. An ambulance was called at 4:49 pm and took him to the nearby hospital for treatment.

Mike Tyson was taken into custody by the police and taken away in a squad car.

UPDATE : Tyson and the paparazzo performed citizen’s arrests on each other,  and should be booked on misdemeanor battery charges.

Tyson could end up getting screwed in this one though….he’s a former boxer and therefore his fists are considered deadly weapons!

Mike Tyson was traveling with his baby girl and was only trying to protect her.  So, this situation is very unfair!
