Ashley Tisdale fans were thrilled to see her perform live at a free concert during the Citadel Outlets annual Chrismas tree lighting ceremony yesterday (November 21) in Los Angeles.

How hot does Ashley look?  I am loving her outfit, her hair is fabulous, and well… that smile says a thousand words.  I think that Ashley is head over heels in love with her man, Scott Speer and that is what feeds her happiness.  I am so glad she found a great guy, Ash totally deserves him!
