‘Twilight: New Moon’ Has 3rd Biggest Weekend Opening in History!
That’s right, The Twilight Saga: New Moon instantaneously jumped to the #3 slot on the biggest movie openings of all time with an astonishing $140.7 million! That makes it the biggest opening of the year, and it’s not even a summer movie. This franchise is clearly here to stay. Coming in second by more than $100 million less, was The Blind Side at $35 million. And finally Planet 51 made the #4 slot with $12 million.

I am not at all surprised to see these numbers. I am now curious to see what happens when Eclipse comes to town!
