Michael Jackson‘s father Joe Jackson has asked a judge to provide him with an allowance from his son’s estate.  He claims that Michael supported him for many years and that he’s entitled to continue to be supported after his son’s death.  Why does he need this money?

…his expenses exceed $20,000 per month, but his income from U.S. Social Security is a mere $1,700.

Boo freakin’ hoo.  Here’s an idea:  stop spending so much money!

Michael left his money to a trust that benefited his mother Katherine Jackson, his children, and various charities.  His father claims that

When the estate’s administrators sought court approval for an allowance to help Katherine Jackson pay her expenses, they excluded Joe Jackson “without cause and for no apparent reason.”

Does he really think there was no reason or cause?  Joe was abusive to his son and Michael had said he didn’t want his father to take custody of his kids if something were to happen to him.

Personally I think that Joe has dollar signs in his eyes after seeing the immense success of This Is It,and he wants to make sure he gets his hands on some of that money.  How sad that Michael’s own family continues to try to exploit him, even after his death.

TMZ is reporting that Katt Williams was arrested early this morning (November 9th)  in Georgia.   He is being held on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing in Coweta County jail.

I guess that he will either be entertaining the other criminals or will come out with some ‘fresh material’!  I am loving that goofy grin in his mug shot!  Too funny!

Kat Williams will face the judge later today.  We will keep you updated as the story develops.

Family Guy took a huge blow at Miley Cyrus last night (November 8th). Stewie Griffin fakes cancer to meet Miley and ends up finding out that she’s an android. Miley Cyrus goes all King Kong terrorizing the city, scaling buildings and ends up being killed off in a final stand-off.

The Evil Monkey character tries to protect the city from Miley Cyrus,

“Miss Cyrus. I ask you to stop what you’re doing, and I don’t just mean this, I mean everything. The show. The music. It’s all just awful.”

Awww, that’s mean!  Miley is very talented!  I think that was an unnecessary rip.  Miley puts on a GREAT show!  (See the proof HERE.)

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz might be done on Melrose Place, but she is moving on to a whole new venue.  Where, you ask? Broadway baby!  Ashlee is taking her musical performance experience from London where she played Roxie Hart in Chicago to New York!

Starting in Decemeber, Ashlee will be a Broadway star in the amazing musical Chicago.  I am excited for her and I believe this role suits her much better.  I think she will shine.  How ’bout you?  Is Broadway the place for Ashlee?

It’s officially over for Usher and Tameka Foster. Five months after filing, their divorce was granted on November 4, 2009.  Usher filed for divorce citing that their marriage was  “irretrievably broken” with “no reasonable hope of reconciliation”.

Usher and Tameka were married for two years, and have two children together; Usher Raymond V, 23 months and eleven-month-old Naviyd Ely Raymond.

Another celebrity has fallen victim to the flu. This time it’s actress Nicole Kidman. She was scheduled to make a trip to Kenya for the United Nations Development Fund for Women (Unifem) but had to cancel due to illness.

A representative for Kidman says in a statement, “Nicole is deeply sorry that, because she is ill with the seasonal flu, she cannot come to Kenya. The Say NO – UNiTE to End Violence against Women campaign is a top priority and together with Unifem she will work to advance this critical initiative”.

Kidman was planning to take tours of schools, and help raise awareness of women’s rights on her trip to Kenya.

We all hope she feels better soon.
