Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt appeared on MTV to promote Heidi’s single Superficial single from her upcoming debut album (releasing Jan 12) and Spencer didn’t hold back at all.  Spencer was rude and obnoxious, I know SHOCKING!  He was lip syncing the whole time, distracting from Heidi trying to speak.  Rude.  Plain rude.  If you want to support her, shut up for five minutes, Spencer!

Up next for Heidi is the World Cup. She is in the works to perform there and will be working on a custom track for that. Wow, Miss Universe and now the World Cup. Two huge venues. Amazing.
